The dining room has seating for ten plus four additional seats at the marble countertop bar. In addition, the home has upgraded carpet in two master suites and custom wood laminate flooring throughout the rest of the house.

Three beautifully upgraded bathrooms in the home: two are ensuites, and the other is located in the hallway, shared by the two children's rooms and one of the master bedrooms. The bathrooms have travertine and marble floors throughout. Custom raised panel cabinetry, travertine/marble countertops, and custom patterned travertine/marble showers.

All bedrooms have 43' plasma TVs. Each living room has 50' TVs. The main living room has high-speed wireless internet.

The game room is located in the garage. Games include ping pong, air hockey, billiards, & toys. There are also strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat available for infants and toddlers. Full-size washer and dryer. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.
