That is incorrect feedback unfortunately, in regards to your comments. Another guest as you know accused you of something quite serious and we had to follow up for the safety of other guests. You told us your side of things and you stayed at the property we did not remove you or ask you to leave. All your reservation have been made by yourself via Expedia we did not make you any reservations in more expensive room types. If you wish to discuss your matters further then you can contact us directly. As mentioned at the time we take the safety of our guests very seriously and all matters need to be followed up
