Best place near to Sloterdijk train station. Very convenient to walk within 5 minutes of distance. Good breakfast buffet at the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Bit of a shocker!
Having stayed here a number of times, I booked a larger travel party in again with high expectations. Sadly, a poor desk experience, slow service and mistakes made upon arrival (wrong rooms issued to guests). Hopefully just a poor staff member, rather than a decline in hotel quality. Usually great, this time, meh.

Needs investment.
Hotel is not a good as it looks in the photos. Lots of things just didn’t work. No draft beer, main doors, vending machine, restaurant all were non existent or broken. Sink in the bathroom didn’t flow away quickly and the air in was dodgy. Even the sign outside didn’t work properly. Largely seemed to be visited by young people hanging around outside smoking dope and the smell was present outside and sometimes in the hotel. Beds were ok. Breakfast was ok.

Not a hotel for business travel
Room wasn’t clean properly and was given two beds pushed together with two sheets rather than a king or king bedding to keep them together. Hair all over the room. Table tops not cleaned. Cleaner walked in my room the next day without knocking. Also - not a business hotel - lots of people visiting to smoke weed and the corridors stink of it.

The property is in a quiet location, Ubers, taxi and uber eats was fine to and from the hotel. The rooms are basic and great to use as a base to visit central. The lounge downstairs is nice and has a cool vibe to it. You can rent bycycles at the hotel. Overall is good hotel.

Great hotel outside Amsterdam city center, great atmosphere for youngsters, easy 5 min tram from hotel to train and tram station, beautiful decor, we will stay at this hotel again for sure.

Door frame broken and ill repaired. Silverfish scuttled across the floor this morning. Accommodated our early breakfast request. Quiet nights rest. Coffee & a kettle helped us after a day's travel.

Was very clean and quiet. We will stay here again when we visit Amsterdam. It is really easy to use public transport from this hotel. Very easy to park, parking price is same like other areas.

Nice room, very spacious. Had a room on the first floor and by 5:30 AM could hear traffic. Wish the rooms were sound proof. Hotel breakfast buffet was quick with enough options. Couple of days found it useful. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

A great place to stay. The hotel staff were the best. They were super helpful calling the airport on our behalf to try and locate our lost luggage. Also, very clean and so close to the 19 tram and a market! The refrigerator was very very helpful to cut food costs.

The hotel is not safe! Stay away..A man came to my colleague’s room at 1am, opened her room freely. This is unacceptable and left a horrible experience/trauma to her.

I loved the fact that this property had a triple bed option for our vacation with 3 people. However, we found the location to be somewhat inconvenient to the city, especially with the rail complications. The property and room itself were just okay as far as cleanliness, but the staff was nice.

It is a nice modern hotel, good design and decoration, but there is not much to do in the area. The staffs were nice, however, i think they need more training. I have booked a connected room (family room), but they only gave me a single room, then i talked to the staff and he seems like very confuse. He told me that we booked a single room in a connecting room, but it was not. We finally managed to get both rooms, and the rooms were good and clean. More, no one clean up our rooms during the stay.

Great location!
The house keepers never came to exchange towels. Smoking weed was allowed right in front of the only entrance and there was also someone smoking inside on the last day of our stay. The fire was a wonderful part that we really enjoyed. Location was also great, very close to the light rail.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. At first, there was a problem with our room as there was a smokey smell, but the staff were very accommodating and changed our rooms. They tried to change for us to be closer to our children, but it didn't work out unfortunately. The staff tried and went above and beyond and were always friendly and welcoming every time we saw them. The location of the hotel is close to the bus/train/metro station. The space is very well decorated and cool and the rooms were comfortable.
