Super helpful and friendly staff, fantastic location, loads of great restaurants and bars close by and 15 min walk from the railway station. Lovely extras like the hand written welcome note and sweets in room. We stayed 3 nights inc breakfast, breakfast is table service, with lots of options. Really enjoyed our stay, definitely would come back.

The best part of this hotel was the staff, including the front desk, the restaurant/bar staff, and the housekeepers. I loved the decor, and enjoyed learning the history of the hotel. My room was well appointed and my bed was very comfortable. The room was small and my only complaint would be that there wasn’t a dresser or any type of drawer space. I stayed for 4 nights and had one large suitcase. I had to be mindful about the space between the toilet and the sink so I didn’t hurt myself. ( I am a petite woman, so it wasn’t My size that was an issue). I would stay at The Toren again but might ask for a slightly larger room.

The whole experience was great. Very comfortable room and breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough really.

First time in Amsterdam and the location and hotel were very good. We had one incident where the kitchen were unable to provide cooked breakfast, but otherwise no issues. Staff were very polite and the room was clean and comfortable.

Really enjoyed my stay at The Toren. It was walking distance from everything I wanted to see. The room was quiet and clean. I checked in early (around 11:30-12p) and they had my room ready to go, which was really nice after a very long travel day. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was something I looked forward to every day - the room is charming and it was a quiet and calm place to prepare for my day of sightseeing. When I was looking at hotels they were a little pricier than I wanted to spend, but I'm glad I chose them.

We enjoyed our stay in the Toren. The room was smaller than expected but was more than adequate. Comfortable bed, great tub. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. We will return!

Lovely small well presented property. The Staff are such a welcoming wonderful group of people whom have been trained to a very high standard. And it shows in all their interactions with guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel like they are coming home after a day of sight seeing and then receiving a warm greetings with a genuine smile.

Unbeatable location in Amsterdam. Quite yet close to everything. Lovely, clean property. Would recommend for anyone who does not have mobility issues. (The building has characteristic steps and tight hallways.)

It was truly a wonderful place! The staff was extremely helpful and had superb dinner recommendations. We met some wonderful people! Gert (the drink mixologist) was an absolute delightful person. The location was perfect. It was very safe and I would not stay anywhere else. We stayed on the 3rd floor -great ammenities. Lots of steps, but lift does go to the 2nd floor. You will not be disappointed if you stay here, I promise!!!

Lovely hotel. Great location to walk to all the sites. Lots of nice bars and restaurants close to the hotel. Only downside was that we were in a separate building about 10 doors down from the main hotel, reception and bar. We were not made aware of this until we arrived.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Many great restaurants in the area. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Our room had a spectacular view of the canal. It was a bit noisy at night due to the bar across the street. My biggest complaint was the layout of the room. A large jacuzzi bath in the middle of the room took up too much space (we never used it). The bathroom area offered no privacy and was an awkward step up from the bed area.

Our stay at The Torens was amazing. The location was perfect and close to everything. Staff went above and beyond- they were so kind and helpful. Our room was big and the bed was comfortable. Our only complaint was that construction was happening right outside our window and we were startled by some men walking around. It would’ve been good to have a heads up about that.

Lovely hotel in a great location
We had a lovely stay at The Toren, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great central location with tram stops a 4 minute walk away. Nice quiet area with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.
