Two Upper Floors in early 20th century Building Quiet Neighbourhood and overlooking the Park ,this large Upper House is a stone’s throw from the Vondelpark. A calm retreat from a busy city but also very close to cosy restaurants and the famous museums in Amsterdam -Zuid . The large Flat has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Large living spaces and a study make a total of 9 rooms plus a kitchen. The House has many features from the jugendstil era and has windows on three sides . The two floors are connected with a beautiful staircase. Many artworks are hanging on the walls of this truly unique object. Beautiful views at the top of the building over the whole city.
