The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Ahmad, the concierge, went out of his way to make plans for us. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

We checked into this hotel for a night before our flight next morning. The check in was smooth even though the staff was generally unfriendly and aloof. They gave us a connecting room which I wasnt even sure was locked properly for privacy. 3am the people next door started talking top of their lungs and we could hear everything. They're shouting at each other and we genuinely felt unsafe being next door. There was a lot of noise and commotion and I called instantly to make it stop. Nothing happened. I went downstairs and complained again and still nothing. We finally had pack our bags to leave the room at 3.30am. They gave us another room unapologetically as if it's perfectly normal. At checkout next day I got the most insincere apology "sorry about the noise" and that's it. These guys really need to work on their customer service and maybe learn a thing or two about how hospitality works. No one expects a hotel to vet each and every guest of course but atleast show some courtesy, human decency and respect for your guest who are having to switch rooms in the middle of the night. Preposterous!
