Adequate room but shared facilities lacking, no shower on the 4th floor and only one toilet for 10 rooms. Elevator not working so not good for anyone with any kind of mobility issue

The guy at night was really nice to us, I d recomend this property only if y have a bag pack and trying to stay on budget , it was still very expensive for the service no private bathrooms, no elevator, if you need to rest before flying forget it is a party outside every day too noisy and also with all people going to the bathroom or shower, shower was cleaning but bathroom was really disgusting ( well is Amsterdam I guess everybody is too high and drunk to properly use a toilet ) so for backpackers hostel enviroment is perfect even in location for party and for central station for a resting place or private or clean it is not at all the right place …..

Amsterdam was amazing and the location was great however the hotel was dirty and had damage. Very basic and did not look like the pictures. Other than the uncomfortable room Amsterdam was beautiful as always

This was super convenient to the train station. Customer service at reception was perfect. Got lots of recommendations for sites to visit that we missed our first time to Amsterdam. No elevator which we were aware and fine with… shared bathroom for us but we were aware of that too because our room advertised the shared bathroom.

I enjoyed my stay here, the stairs to the 3rd floor was a pain each time but least we was burning off all the food we was eating! Staff was okay, rooms where clean, however the mattress was stained and covered with clean bedsheets, shared bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but what do you expect when your sharing with loads of strangers. All and all I would stay again due to convenience and location.

Absolutely shocking 😲, its not as describe on add, exactly poor room condition shared bathroom and toilet ate disgusting. Staircase are very dangerous, window frames are damaged and un safe. I will definitely not recommend any one to stay at this disgusting place. To be frank its should not be called hotel. Sepher was friendly and understanding but unfortunately its not his hotel he only work there.

There is no elevator in this hotel. People with physical limitations will have a hard time accessing their room. On the other hand, the hotel is centrally located with lots of activities all around.

Did not like at all. Very misleading advertisement of the property. The room is completely different from the ads on the cite. There is no toilet in the room, no shower in the building. Even for hostels would be horrible. We could not stay there at all, and had to book another hotel right away. There should be full refund, as the place is nothing as advertised on Expedia 🤔.

This property should not be list in your website. The photos showed to good to stay with, but actually is totally disappointed. Amazing location Room 102 was a great 3 bed sleeper with a private bathroom. The only issue I had was the hotel gets very hot in the night. It was june though so that can be expected.

Small but close.
This is a downtown hotel with a cubby hole entrance off of a small street at back of a restaurant. Enter through the side. It is on four + levels, no elevator, really steep stairs (not acceptable for luggage). The room is tiny, even by european standards. Sheers in our room were ripped. Room was clean. No phone so if need to talk to staff, have to go down and up. Shower located on every other floor. Toilet in the hall. Not at all comfortable. One night if needed OK.

Disappointing stay
Room clean but beds to soft and small. Shower pole kept falling off. No drink facilities. States restaurant bar night club and breakfast €15 but all this was closed. Looked as if work being carried out. No mention on sight. Wanted bottle water couldn’t accommodate. Hidden taxes when arrived we knew about one but then another was added apparently a new one. Asked for copy of my bill said would send via email. Still waiting. We were in room under ground no window except very small leading into street. Kept falling open. Bad smell from laundry room by our door. No welcome pack or fire evacuation instructions in room and there were three rooms all under ground not sure if legal. Did have a hose on wall but you would be stuck in room did have fire door but you would die from smoke. Stayed in much better hostel the winston for less than this hotel which isn’t really a hotel. More of hostel just room beds bathroom no facilities working. Shame as put damper on trip. Also lots building work outside central station going on. front building of restaurant windows blocked no place sit drink eat. Not a mention on there page picture of place looks great don’t be fooled.
