Great for gigs
We had a nice comfortable stay here and would recommend this hotel if, for example, you are attending a gig at the Ziggo Dome. One recommendation for the hotel would be to add a couple more vegan options to the dining menu, the salad on offer was very nice but not at all filling

Great two-night stay at the Holiday Inn Arena Towers. Super convenient for the Ziggo Dome, AFAS and Ajax stadium, and 10 minutes walk to metro/train station. Easy to get to the centre of Amsterdam but there are also shops and bars/restaurants near to the arenas. Lovely clean room, very comfortable bed/pillows. Very nice bathroom with a big shower. The room had good facilities - iron, hairdryer, coffee making, TV with all the UK channels - much appreciated as a solo traveller. I paid for breakfast one morning which was also good, with lots of choice. Restaurant and communal areas are very pleasant and stylish. The staff were helpful and very friendly on check in/check out - and the free chocolate was very welcome! I hope to stay again next year.

Excellent All Around
Great location, only about a minute walk to Metro station which makes it easy to get into central. Nice clean rooms, with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and accommodating! I would return and highly recommend this place to others!

Great, affordable hotel
Great hotel near the stadium. Clean, friendly staff, also close to the stadium train stop which takes 20 mins to get into Amsterdam city centre. Would definitely recommend. Only thing I could fault is there aren’t any toiletries in the room. Other than that, a pleasant stay while I saw Beyoncé!

If you really want the perfect location with no car Uber or anything this is the place for you . Train station , bus station , super markets electronic stores food stores drug stores ,cinema, cruyff arena , bikes - everything is just 3 minutes walk

The room was very dirty. There were stains all over the carpet, there was giant stains on the chair in the room and the bed sheets were stained. To top it all off the toilet appeared as if it had been used and not flushed when we arrived.

Ongoing construction work in front of the hotel
Booked for 2 nights, didn't know construction work was going on right in front of the hotel. Our room was on the first floor and were awaken by a loud, rythmic thumping noise that made the floor shake. Couldn't go back to sleep, and the noose persisted intermittently through the day, so it was difficult to work from the hotel room. We had to ask to move rooms, which the hotel agreed to. The new room was much better. We wonder why the hotel didn't think of placing us there initially, since they said they were aware of the disturbance cause by the construction work, and the noise was audible from the reception. Staff was overall nice, bathroom was very clean.

Restaurant was nice. Drink facilities in the room lacked milk to be able to have tea/coffee. Outside noise from building work started very early and woke me both mornings.

Excellent stay overall, nice new rooms. Short walk to the Ziggo Dome and ArenA and train/metro station. I was travelling solo and felt safe in the area. Breakfast buffet is quite pricey for what is available, no made-to-order options etc.

Great hotel, but parking was a mess
We have stayed here before. Super close to the arena since we were there for an event. About a 20 minute drive to the city. The train is nearby but it was over an hour to get to where we wanted. Breakfast had a good selection and all employee were super nice. Downside was water pressure. It was so slow and it took twice as long to shower. And also the parking situation. We arrived to the parking lot the first evening and they had even parking there. We showed them our ticket and room key but nothing came from it. We didn't have to pay again but we got treated like other people who weren't guests. We got ushered to the back of the parking lot and there were plenty of spots open near the front of the hotel. Very frustrating since we should have been given priority and they should've removed the cones to let us pass since we were actual guests and not attending the event that night. I hope they improve this. But otherwise I would stay again.
