Stayed for 3 nights, firstly everytime you use the first tap the bottom was leaking making the floor all wet, went down to reception and asked to changed rooms but was told nothing available and they could only downgrade me with no refund or compensation. No goodwill either. Told me to check in the morning to see if a similar room was available, but I was out all day and night so by the time I come back if there was an alternative it would’ve been taken anyway! Second thing was the noise was terrible, heard the room above us having sex, bashing and hearing the bed squeak, chairs banging. Moaning and screaming at 3am in the morning!!! Would not recommend this hotel

The staff was great but the bathroom door was very squeaky (couldn't go to the bathroom without waking up the other person) and the shower at 6:45 AM was lukewarm at best.

Only stayed for one night but the free parking is a big plus! Clean rooms and comfy beds. McDonald’s right across the parking lot for a quick me. Will stay here again!

Its my second stay here. Room is fine just about the transport service... Driver came with small van but there was 8 of us. Told me the big nus is coming in 10 minutes so I gave my seats... But then it never showed up.... It was raining so hard and very windy we stood there for 20 minutes.. and came back on the other hotel's car. This is a bit dissappointing.

Good stay, no complaints.
Staff at the hotel are great, willing and very helpful. Clean rooms, beds are comfy, and good food. Prices are reasonable. The shuttle is very handy. And drivers are very helpful. They all understand and speak good english.

Practical stay
Practical Location near airport. However it takes 15-20 min by bus transfer or taxi. Shutter starts at 6:00 so it was not useful for us that need to be at 4 in the airport. Check around for shuttle where the yellow/orange is. Friendly staff

Convenient to the airport with a shuttle but information was wrong on hotels.com website saying you had to call hotel directly to book. Our phone did not work in Europe so we took a taxi. Found out the shuttle runs in a half hour schedule.

Convenient but noisy
Convenient shuttle service and efficient checkin. Rooms are noisy and poorly insulated from the corridor. All the doors squeak and could use some oil- might also help with sleeping. Air con was so so and there was no water in the rooms. Cobwebs in the corner.

Overall the stay was ok, staff were nice enough. Not close to any amenities, but public transit is easy to.use/figure out. Works for a quick and inexpensive stay around Schiphol.

Translation of email offering free drink arrived too late for check in. Breakfast situation unclear. One of the lamps in our bedroom not working even with replaced bulb. I appreciated the shuttle service between the hotel and the airport.
