Cleanliness of the room was less than standard, only 1 towel for double room had to ask for more, shaven mirror light didn’t work, shower head water squirted everywhere, big ball of fluff on lamp shade, no plug in sink, bottom of window al mouldy, wire from tv covered in dust and stuff, for charging £125, totally would not recommend this hotel, can get 5 star hotel in Manchester for same price, on checking had problems, money had been taken from bank prior to leaving uk, on arriving told I had to to pay,

For the price it’s ok. Staff service was great. However beds need to be changed. Great location. In general was good.

location was great , but need cleaning , the bed mattress need to replace, the floor was dirty,never clean the floor, need new towels!!!!, the bathroom falling apart.

The hotel was fantastic for the price. Walking distance from Dam Square which means you are in the heart of everything in a few minutes. The hotel was relatively clean and erveything was in good condition. Their was no kettle in the room because it had broken and although we were told they would bring us a fixed one they never did. View from our hotel room was great with wide opening windows!

Cam the receptionist does not know the language, he is overzealous trying to charge twice the city tax and he addresses quests with "shut up", it is not his place there unless he is a relative of the owner. Such a pity because the rest of the staff are professionals like Ruby.

Very good location and close to everything but room is very small
