"Pool was beautiful, easy walking to old town Annecy. Rooms were amazing. Since most European showers don’t have full doors, I found this little perk so amazing to close a shower fully! Cafe downstairs was great.
Pool service would be nice (quiet and no service) and it would be cool if they had a shuttle to their sister property, Imperial. Also, you need to make reservations at the main restaurant FYI.

Ask him for a map of suggested areas of interest and unsafe areas of the city, and ask him for "staff's pick" of restaurants. It is extremely helpful. All staff members were friendly and helpful, but Jose went above and beyond expectations! Hotel is conveniently close to train and bus station, and popular tourist attractions."
