There are two cosy bedrooms, well equipped, with original beams. The property is beautifully refurbished, and caters perfectly for small families or a couples getaway.
Living Space/Kitchen
This well positioned property offers a modern kitchen open plan to a living room with a large flat screen TV. There are board games and dvd's available for the perfect chill out time, and family getaways. The tastefully presented downstairs bathroom offers a bath with a shower over.
Gardens
There is an ancient Yew Tree in one of the fields below the house and the property borders the Nature reserve with lovely walks, whatever the weather.

Access Statement
Arriving at the property
From the gravelled car parking area, you will walk onto a flagstone path to the main doors. There are no steps to the property.
There are level paving slabs to the front of the barn.
Accessing the property
Once you have arrived at the property, we advise entry through the main door of the property where there are no steps.
The double doorway is 198cm high and 130cm wide.
Additional access is located at the front of the property via a single door but there are two steps the first is 10cm high and 106cm wide but is uneven due to it being a very old stone, the second step is 18cm high and 21cm high step.
The doorway is 84cm wide and 187cm high.
Inside the property
On the ground floor of the property, there is one step down from the kitchen this is 20cm high this leads to the rest of the property.
The living area, kitchen and bathroom have limestone flooring with a rug to the lounge area and a runner in the kitchen.
There is carpet on the staircase and landing the two upstairs bedrooms have oak flooring with rugs.
There is a reasonably steep staircase with a handrail leading to the upstairs of the property. The first five steps curve round to the left, the straight run of stairs measure 20cm high and 60cm in length at its narrowest part.
The upstairs bedrooms are both within the eaves of the property and so there are sloping ceilings on both ends.
Bedroom one: the door measures 76cm wide by 194cm high, there runs a beam the length of the bedroom and is 174cm high. At the highest part of the room, the headroom is approx. 300cm high. 159cm is measured to the lowest beams.
There is a landing with a handrail which is 89cm high.
Bedroom two: there is a step up to the room which is 20cm high and 75cm wide. The door is 77cm wide by 195cm high.
There is a beam which runs the length of the bedroom and is 159cm high. The full height of the room is approx. 300cm high and under the eaves is 134cm high.
