"The host was very welcoming and helped a lot with making sure we knew where we were going to get to the cabin and everything was very simple and cozy. And the cabin is very well taken care of and my son enjoyed staying there while he was visiting my dad and I. Thank you so much for having such a beautiful cabin and allowing us to stay"

Embassy Suites by Hilton at Hot Springs Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"Our room was very comfortable. I wish the pool had been a bit bigger. Its one of the only hotels in that area with an indoor pool. Breafast was good. "
"The historic aspects of the hotel are all present. I also really loved the location - right in the middle of everything. I had a standard room with two beds. The bathroom was a bit grungy. We had a bathtub but no plug to actually use it. The carpet in the room was pretty nasty - I would definitely not walk around barefoot. We also had a stranger try to enter the room (with a key) at 7am. Luckily we had the chain on and they couldn't get in. I called down to the front desk and they didn't seem too bothered. Later I found out that it was a the cleaning crew that thought the room was empty. Also, the garage is a bit confusing. All that said, I would stay there again because of the value. Oh, the restaurant was surprisingly good. We had a filet mignon with mashed potatoes and carrots for $29 and it was one of the best we've ever had. "
"The night I arrived the hotel was without power so they put me up in another hotel which was totally understandable. The next afternoon after multiple attempts to find out if they were open I drove by and was told they were back up and running. This wasn't exactly true and there was no hot water and all of the tvs were not working. For two days i had none to very little warm water and the tv was never fixed. Also had an elevator stop while we were aboard and suddenly say this elevator is out of order. When the doors finally opened we exited but the elevator was not operational for the rest of my stay. It is a beautiful hotel but needs upgraded soap and shampoo dispensers and definitely better communication. "
"I booked three nights the first night we were evacuated twice with the fire alarm going on and off just about all night we finally got an apology when checking was not offered any compensation or anything else I thought the breakfast was awful not good enough to be free"
"Check in was horrible. There was an issue between Expedia and the hotel, the hotel clerk was very condescending about it. I quickly contacted Expedia and they called the hotel within minutes to resolve the issue. However, even though I was standing in the lobby at the counter, the clerk put Expedia on hold and helped other guests making me and Expedia wait 25 minutes before solving the issue which I believe was an error on the hotels end to begin with. Then after we got to our room the shower didn’t fully engage so it just dropped water on you in a sad manner. "
"Very welcoming to pets, Very clean, and incredible staff made our stay everything we wanted. The only thing that could've made it better would’ve been a pool. Amazing place to stay definitely will come back if in the area."
"Terrible experience. I was put around back in “C” and I was scared to even get out. I was traveling alone and female. It was scary. There were broke down vehicles in the parking spots and I knew from there it wasn’t going to get better. I ran upstairs to my room and talking about a disappointment. There were curly hairs stuck to the door. The walls were so thin and a fighting couple were right next door to me. I was there for 5 minutes before I made a run for it back to my car. I didn’t even bother for a refund. The guy working at the desk was creepy and in friendly. Avoid this place at all costs! I went to a different hotel for the night and it was a wonderful experience!! "
"This was the worst stay I have ever had at a Holiday Inn, by far. We are usually very happy with all Holiday Inns. To begin with, we ordered groceries to pick up upon our arrival for our family to have for lunches and snacks. We loaded the refrigerator, not knowing that it was broken until the next day. We called. He kicked it a few times, said it’s running and he could feel the cold. So we went out to our adventures for the day. That evening, we realized it was, in fact, not working. So I called and they said maintenance wouldn’t be back until the morning. At this point, I believe the refrigerator was probably warmer than our room. So we had to wait until the next day when he replaced it, after replacing someone else’s (so the food is continuing to spoil). He did replace it while we were out, moved our food over, but didn’t take the old fridge out. So we had to push the fridge out to the hall. We were too afraid to eat The Dairy and some leftovers, and the new fridge then froze some items. So it was just a mess. The carpet next to the air conditioning was constantly wet, which we didn’t realize initially. So the covers for my son were soaking wet and you couldn’t walk over there. They gave us a fleece blanket to replace it which was not as comfortable. I specifically asked the front desk if the housekeeper would come by and vacuum and replace towels he said they always come by and to those basics, and a few more, but our room was never vacuumed. The list goes on…."
