As a traveling family we stay in more then 20 hotels a year. This hotel by far was one of the nicest we have stayed in. With a full kitchen to meet our dietary needs It's cleanliness and staff were well beyond our expectations
This 3 day stay was for a wake/funeral. The room was clean and had the new hotel appearance. We arrived late in the day and checked in. The following day we slept late and were getting ready for the wake mid afternoon. Around 12 :30 a call was made to our room to ask if we would be out by 2 ... ( so they could clean the room). We explained the situation and said yes and left by 1:40. We arrived back at the hotel very late and had to go back to the desk to get our key re-programmed. Then we finally got to the room and it was not cleaned. The front desk staff was apologetic and prompt in getting us new towels and took the old towels and garbage out of the room. We were given 2 breakfast vouchers for our inconvenience... very nice. While this is just a small glitch... it was a glitch in a 3 day trip. I found the hotel ok. Having worked as an airline crew member in the past, I am used to amenities. The 4 for cleanliness is due to this glitch. I think the cleanliness upon arrival was 5 stars. There were no shower caps given... no newspapers... my husband was told it was just a 7 minute walk to get a newspaper... just down the road... but we saw papers outside other rooms. For a fairly new hotel it was ok.. not sure I would re-book.

We have stayed at this location numerous times over the years, each time have enjoyed our stay as we are sisters traveling together, safety and cleaniness is very important, this location never disappoints.
Great hotel if staying near University of Buffalo. Perfect location from airport and close to many restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff accommodating. Great gym, biggest one I've seen, plenty of treadmills.
Buffalo’s largest suburb, Amherst is home to nearly 120,000 people. Chiefly residential, Amherst boasts the Amherst Museum, depicting the city’s days from Colonial times to the present, as well as several musical, cabaret, and theater groups associated with state and private universities.
