Restaurant food is not great. Limited offerings for Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast was good selection. Table surfaces should be cleaned after every use. Need better cooling. Rooms are clean and large. No elevator.

Despite incredible reviews, the property complete disappointed. Amenities were dismal. It was certainly not a luxury property! I could hear my next door neighbours partying in their room in the early hours of the morning! I would not recommend a stay at the Natsepa to anybody that might ask!

The staff were great and very keen to look after you as well as they can. The room we had was large and very pleasant. The hotel as a whole is very tired with adjoining buildings in serious disrepair. This seems to be very common in Ambon. The pool area is very nice - an old bar attached now just a sitting area for staff and again deteriorating rapidly which is a shame. We didn’t have huge expectations as this is not a high tourist area and after looking around would still be my choice of place to stay. The main irritant was the constant noise with loud poor quality music in the public areas - dining room, pool area and reception. The outlook is beautiful and peace and quiet would greatly enhance the experience - music is such a personal thing and those who want to listen have their headsets and devices to do that.

Property overall is very tired. That said the actual rooms are OK and the staff lovely. Food was OK but overcooked or not authentic. Probably trying to achieve a balance between western taste and original spice. Music choice was terrible in all common areas and insisted on playing it too loud.. got pretty tiresome as sitting down at breakfast was far nicer when the music was off or turned down low.. the setting is actually quite tranquil.. they should let the customer enjoy the peace and quiet rather than filling it with noice. The reality is there’s not much choice in Ambon area so this is the pick of hotels unless you go with the two choices in downtown Ambon.

Nice hotel , Close to the best swim beach, Natsepa
The staffs are amazingly friendly and accommodating. The pool is so clean and big enough to swim laps. The view from our room is spectacular. The food at the resort, Moluccas, is good too. One slight constructive criticism: put more effort / staff to clean the beach shore in front of your property. It is full of human debris, especially plastics and straws. It only took me about 30 min to comb and pick up the trash. Allocate a staff to pick it up every few hrs. I know it is not your fault as the wave carried those trash to the shore, but it is really good for PR to see that the management care for the environment.

Best hotel in Ambon
It may not be a 4-star hotel by Singapore standards, but it is still a pretty good hotel. It was clean, the rooms were spacious, there was a nice balcony looking over the water. (We asked for the top--3rd--floor, with a water view.) The breakfast was fine. Lots of options. I recommend trying the kacang hijau (green peanut) soup--it's flavored with ginger and some sugar. Lovely. I didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. The grounds are immaculately kept. There is a private beach, though no one was using it, and there weren't any chairs on it. We rented a scooter from the hotel and drove it all over the island. Very convenient. Like others who have reviewed this hotel, we had some wi-fi issues, but they resolved them for us and we had no problem getting online. We did try the "spa"--a converted bedroom--which had two massage tables. The masseuses were fine, not great. Such a resort should probably invest in building a real (even if small) spa facility. We didn't eat dinner there, so can't comment on that. We ate down the road at Gaba Gaba (disastrous food, great view). Lobby could be a little cozier. They have live music in the lobby every night, but it wasn't comfortable to lounge and listen to the music. We saw this hotel's competitors in downtown Ambon, and can attest that this hotel is much better than all the others!

Really great pool . Really nice location and views. Rooms large, very clean , comfy beds, in room refrig nice addition. Will definitely stay again. Great dive shop on location .

This resort is old and in desperate need of renovation (they are, however, in a renovation and development process). The rooms are big with comfy beds, but you can hear a lot from outside the room and in between the rooms. The food isn't that great either and there is not much to do in the immediate area around the hotel, you need to go by car to the interesting places. Overall, it is an ok hotel, could be great with some care and love.

Het was een mooi en goed hotel met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Alleen onze key-card werkte niet goed. Overdag geen probleem, maar in de avond doet de card het niet. Moest elke avond naar beneden, waar ze bij de receptie de kaart weer activeerden. Boven deed de kaart het nog niet. Weer maar beneden, komt er iemand mee met de mastercard om de deur te openen. Het zou gerepareerd worden, maar daar merkten we niks van. Elke avond twee keer op en neer omdat de kaart niet werkt is toch wel erg vervelend. Verder hadden we geen warm water om te douchen, wat op zich niet echt vervelend was met de warmte. Maar toen we eenmaal warm water hadden, was het of koud of gloeiend heet. Het was niet mogelijk om het goed in te stellen. Maar buiten dat om, was het een zeer prettig verblijf!

Très agréable séjour, très bon accueil
Excellent séjour après long voyage depuis la France. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l écoute , le service est de qualité. L environnement est très agréable, les chambres spacieuses et confortables. Buffet petit déjeuner formidable.

Goed met aantekening dat het s’avond saai is, en behalve zwemmen is er niets te doen. Wasservice veel te duur in vergelijking met hotels in Ambon stad! 350000 rhp t.o.v. 50.000 rhp.

Ruhiges Hotel in Ambon
Wir waren für einen Zwischenstopp 4 Nächte im diesem Resort. Der Hauptgrund für diese Buchung war, dass das Hotel weit außerhalb der Stadt und weg von der Hauptstraße sehr ruhig direkt am Meer liegt. Eine schöne Anlage mit direktem Zugang zum Meer ermöglicht einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Zum schwimmen im Meer werden keine Badeschuhe benötigt, weil ein kleiner Sandstrand mit rundem Kies im Wasser vorhanden ist. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter durchwegs sehr freundlich, bemüht und außerordentlich Hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Restaurant bietet eine breite Palette hervorragendem Essen von indonesischen Spezialitäten bis zur internationalen Küche. Die Gerichte lassen sich problemlos umbestellen und anpassen, wenn man sie geändert haben möchte. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Klare Empfehlung, wer ein ruhiges Hotel in Ambon sucht.

Nice hotel with a beautiful view on the beach
Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Beautiful garden with a nice pool overlooking the sea. Good Moluccan restaurant. The spa however, indicated in the list of hotel facilities, did not exist... Rooms are spacious and well furnished.

Das Hotel ist das bezahlte Geld nicht wert. Es macht einen morbiden Eindruck. Eine bisher vorhandene Tauchschule ist schon ausgezogen. Freundliches Personal. Toilettenabfluss wurde an 3 Tagen nicht repariert.

Wir hatten dort eine Nacht. Grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel. Die Rezeption machte keinen guten Eindruck beim Checkout. Der Mitarbeiter schien mit seinen Aufgaben extrem überfordert.

휴식하기에는 좋은 리조트입니다
아주 좋은 뷰와 넓고 한저한 시설을 가지고 있습니다. 써비스도 비교적 좋은편입니다. 그러나 객실 시설이 좀 ..깔쁨하지 않은것들이 많았습니다.

リゾートホテルで敷地が広く、レストランが1つ周りには食事が出来るような所はほぼ無く、長期滞在だと食事に飽きる。 WIFIは使える筈という事で何度もフロントとやり取りをしたが安定性が無く結局有線のケーブルを借りパソコンは対処、モバイルはフロントでは使えたが、レストランは別のパスワードを聞かないと繋がらなく相当不便。 一番の問題はルームキーが毎回の様に使えなくなる、理由を聞くと携帯の電波の影響みたいな事を言っていたが別に持っていてもダメになる。 ルームサービスはホテルにしては安い

La struttura è molto bella, ma carente nella gestione. Ci è stata assegnata una camera bellissima (addirittura una junior suite) con upgrade gratuito. Orbene, si notava la polvere sotto i letti e sugli scaffali. Il fornello antizanzare era privo di Spinetta, tagliata forse da qualche ospite e non sostituita.Lo stesso per una lampada da tavolo. Il wifi funziona solo nella lobby.

Ho prenotato unicamente perchè avevo letto che c'era il diving center per realizzare foto e filmeti subacquei. Sono arrivata e dopo il check in ho scoperto che non c'era alcun diving center, così me ne sono andata immediatamente. Ho pagato euro 210,00 per 3 notti di cui non ho usufruito! Inoltre mi hanno addebitato sulla carta IDR 1.000.000,00

Si tienes que hacer escala en Ambon quizás sea de lo mejor, pero se nota que es un hotel de convenciones y celebraciones bastante mas enfocado al turismo nacional que al extranjero: hablan muy poquito inglés y aunque en su inauguración se nota que debería ser muy bonito, su estado de mantenimiento dista mucho de ser perfecto. así como el buffet de desayuno con muchas opciones de platos indonesios y muy pocas para extranjeros

Mycket bra hotel att bo i!
Vi hade en vecka semester där ute och vi har aldrig haft så bra! En vecka semester hamnade vi i himlen. Mycket vänliga personal och fint ställe med fina växer och blommor. Vi älskar att vara på frukostbuffé på morgonen med god mat och trevliga personal som serverar. Vi vill tacka Yulius så mycket som hjälpa mig med medical när jag fick attack av magneter på stranden. Vi vill också tacka Doni som serverar på matsalen som alltid var glad och flickan som serverar coffee på morgonen i frukostsallen.
