We resided in room 1406 and encountered a few minor issues, but knowing that we could see his welcoming and genuine smile made it worthwhile. We visited him every day. He was exceptionally warm, accommodating, and very informative. He will be the primary reason for our return. The ambiance and fragrance of the lobby were simply relaxing. Thank you, James and the RIU Panama team. We will definitely return. (6 reviews) This is a very nice gated country club. It has great amenities and the apartment is in excellent condition and very comfortable. We only had one issue and that was with the dryer not working, which we didn’t discover until we had already washed a load of clothes. There isn’t a lobby that is staffed at this location, and it’s not clear who to contact with issues. The “check-in” occurred at the security gate as you arrive to the country club. But despite the lack of clear instructions you get when booking, I still recommend this place, especially if you have more than a one night stay, and would stay here again.
