8.2/10 Very good! (1,012 reviews)
The staff were helpful and breakfast was great. The coffee was great and the selection fantastic. The room could have used a better cleaning but it wasn’t terrible. It was just not as good as I expected. The carpet in the room was stained and I think a better cleaning job should have been done. Still I would consider staying here again

Property is nice, great location for transportation really close to the train and metro station. Staff is helpful and property really clean, the neighborhood can be a little unsafe.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
"A very nice, clean hotel in the center of the city and near the harbour, a very good breakfast and a large room with a nice madrass and cushions, sheets. A step into the bath room and other steps in the hotel small steps were somewhat dangerous. Elevator was large enough. A very good Indian restaurang ..."
