Clean and the rental process is seamless. Very nice seating and grill areas. The dock is great, We visited in late September to fish the last few days of the season. It was nice to be beside the lake. I would suggest instead of the mirror in the kitchen to add some cabinets up above for more storage for pots/pans and dishes. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. In Alton Bay each year for a couple of concerts at Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford. We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. The motel is in a pine grove and is lake front. It's "!old school " feel reminds of my childhood. It's clean and quite, but no thrills. Don't expect first class accommodations but if you like the feel of a 60's/70's lakefront motel it's perfect. We had a small issue with our cabin but Vacasa immediately communicated with us while we were hosting on the lake and fixed it before we returned. It was out 4th year in a row staying there and plan to return next year. ##### James J.
