Another wonderful stay! Special requests were also given and staff were very friendly and helpful. Pathways are starting to look a bit tired and need to be repaired. Disappointing that the jacuzzi in the pool still isn’t fixed for a second year.

This is a four stars hotel, not five. You need to walk to the affiliated hotel to get pool towels, ice and take the shuttle to go to the marina. The room furniture need to be upgraded. Housekeeping- they were unable to provide daily small face towels.

We found our 2 bedroom apartment to be clean and spacious. The pool was a bit busy but the larger Hilton pool always had space. The Hilton buffet breakfast was excellent and barely a 2 minute walk through the pool area.

The apartments were extremely spacious and had everything one would need. The resort itself had beautiful grounds, pools and spa all of which made the stay a really enjoyable stay. Cant wait to return!

The Hard bed let the place down
The Weather was good for the first week of May 28c , the facilities were excellent , the property had everything and more that you would have in your home . you could avail of the Breakfast in the Main Hotel. This was great value for money. we eat in the restaurant on one evening the food was Average not 4 star standard and some of what we asked for was wrong .the space was cold and lacked atmosphere , whilst there another table were complaining about their order , the bar food during the day was better than the restaurant and the service from the staff both in the morning and at lunch was far better Friendly and seemed more engaged. Apart from the dining experience the only other issue I had was with the Bed . its was like a rock not to my preference .i said it to the girl on reception when I was leaving because overall the stay was fantastic and I don't like to give a review without telling the Hotel . great value for Money , Private quiet , i just had to sleep on the couch .it would be 10/10 if not for the bed and the evening restaurant .

Although the staff were friendly enough, definitely would not return. My best interpretation of this “5 star” resort is the stepchild of the Hilton. Although you can utilize the amenities and restaurants from the Hilton, it’s a little walk. I ended up checking out after 24hrs of overheated tile floors and an ant infestation in the master bathroom. Checked into the Wyndham Grand Algarve about 20 min drive away and had the most amazing stay of my life.

Vanessa at front desk was informative and a pleasure. It was great to share ammenties with the hilton as they are attached. Was sad that people found our front desk to be small. Our suite was bigger than our house so you cantvhave everything. If you like small hotel rooms or prefer suites with ample space and all amenities of home. Personally we loved having space and not the hissle & bustle of a hotel. Cant wait to go back next year.

Great will return
These are lovely apartments within the Hilton complex in Vilamoura. While benefiting from the hotels facilities we found the apartments more spacious and quieter than the hotel. Having their own friendly reception and parking was a bonus. Our apartment was cleaned daily and was spotless if a little tired. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

We stayed in 2 bed apartment which was excellent. Plenty of room for the 4 of us, with a great kitchen , 2 bathrooms,large lounge area and 2 balconies. Nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk and marina was a 5 minute drive away ( 4 euros via Uber or use the free hourly shuttle). We also had full use of the excellent Hilton Hotel facilities next door and enjoyed the amazing breakfast there every morning ( worth prepaying for). I would thoroughly recommend these apartments.

Really enjoyable stay with two kids under 4. Staff at breakfast were excellent, as were the housekeeping staff. Accommodation was spacious. Plenty of sun loungers. Very little to fault. Will visit again.

Amazing place!
We had an incredible week at this resort, with an immaculate 1 bedroom apartment that was beautifully appointed, luxurious, clean, and peaceful! We stayed last week when the resort was quiet, which for us was the perfect time. Being a silver member with Hotels.com, we got access to the spa every day which in itself was incredible value for money! I would highly recomment this place and we'll definitely be back! Great staff as well, who were extremely frinedly and accomodating. First class!

Whilst I stayed in a spacious property (far too big for one person), the experience was less than ideal. The service from the hotel was clumsy and lacking in any cohesion which led to a very frustrating and disappointing stay. The apartments are not in the hotel itself, they have their own reception further up the road which the sat nav couldn’t find. When I arrived the parking is easier than the main hotel. On check in, the room I was assigned was enough for a family of four. I was travelling alone - what a colossal waste of space. The apartment itself is bizarre as each room is separated giving the feeling of being in a house. The apartment doesn’t have any tea, coffee and water available which I would have thought would be standard for a property of this rating. I even asked for the reception to provide these which I asked to pay for, they said they couldn’t get these from the main hotel - absolutely baffling. Other things like they didn’t have an iron in the apartment, or a corkscrew. It didn’t help that my room was opposite some private houses where they had dogs barking very late into the night keeping me awake. The free spa is great if you’re there 10-4 (I was there for work so never got the opportunity to use it and they didn’t tell me the opening times). There is no information in the rooms about places to go, or information about the hotel. I know Covid has stopped some of that happening but to have nothing was strange. A very frustrating experience

We are very sorry for all the inconveniences caused due to a lack of clear communication. The apartments you stayed in are self-catering and although coffee and tea are not provided, irons and corkscrews should have been available. Reception would gladly have provided these if missing. Again, Covid rules require that we remove all collateral from the rooms, including information about the resort and sightseeing but these again would have been gladly provided by reception. Despite the setbacks on this occasion, we hope you will return to the resort or the hotel and give us another opportunity to restore your faith in our services. The property is very luxurious and peaceful. The surrounding areas including the hilton hotel are just absolutely beautiful. Its very tranquil and is designed to encourage relaxion and rest. My family loved it all. The staff printed out docs for my return flight, offered a free late check out and all n all were fantastic. Spa treatment was super and the free shuttle to marina and beach a god send.

We liked the size and style of the room, although a little tired. Instead of a DVD player, there should be the ability to connect your phone via Bluetooth. When we arrived, the cot was not in the room, even though we requested it weeks in advance. Our baby really needed a nap and we had to wait over an hour for the cot to arrive. 'one free spa service per day for 2 people' is misleading. It should read, 'one free spa access per day for 2 people' 7 Spa should not offer a 20 EUR 'polish me' service, if they really do not want to do it.
