Lovely house, excellent organisation.
Everything about the house and the property was excellent. They contacted me about a week beforehand to get flight details etc to know what time we would be arriving and to give me the number of a lady who would meet us there so we could get in touch via WhatsApp. We landed in Palermo early so killed some time but the house was ready before the time we were told anyway, so that was good. Erica met us at the house and showed us around, taking the time to make sure we knew how everything worked and where everything was, then was on hand via WhatsApp for the rest of our holiday. She always replied quickly and was extremely helpful both in terms of the house itself, but also with restaurants, days out etc.
We were a group of 10 - 4 adults and 6 children from 4 to 15 - and the house suited us really well. There is masses of cutlery and crockery and the outdoor kitchen was amazing! I loved perfecting my pizza dough and the kids really enjoyed eating it! The pool is a good size and is well maintained by a man coming each morning, and on the one occasion it went quite green he was there only hours after I contacted Erica so by morning it was pristine again.
The only downsides are that to get anywhere at all you have to drive. There is nothing at all within walking distance, especially in the temperatures that we had! Even this is not particularly unusual though and I’m quite used to driving whilst on holiday.
All in all the house was really excellent and we were exceptionally well looked after by Erica too.
