"Very friendly staff "

"Jennie checked us in, and she was so friendly and helpful. Great customer service. We had a change in plans due to flight delays and cancellations, so I called a couple of times to advise of our change in arrival time and with a couple of questions. I cannot remember when I’ve had hotel staff be so nice, empathetic, and helpful. All were wonderful. The staff working breakfast were the same way. We also met Adrian, the bartender, when we had drinks and a light supper. He was very polite and personable while being professional and very service-oriented. Wonderful hotel, all the staff made it even better!"

"Perfect place to stay if coming in for a concert at the amphitheater. Was only a $8 Uber ride! The front desk was super accommodating when we showed up before check-in time. I wish the lighting in the room was better, the switch by the door was for the light over the sink! "
