Refrig was RATTLING for 24 hours, then totally shut down. Refrig section was warm, freezer back wall totally iced, dirt and sand spurs on the floor, worn out couch, stool for dining was wobbly, hair covering shower drain, mop on front porch, swept front porch, it was full of trash, bed not made. Local contact did not respond, host did nothing - if this was my first experience with Expedia/VRBO, it would have also been our last.
