"Benal Beach Resort was a great stay for our family of 5. The on-site waterpark was a highlight of the trip for our children (ages 7-10). The pull-out couch was comfortable and clean. Beforehand, having been unable to access the building, we attempted to contact the host unsuccessfully via the methods advised.
