"Check-in was very easy and was greeted with a very welcoming attitude. Pool was clean and inviting. Beds were comfortable but they could use more comfortable pillows. Most were flat. I usually bring my own though. The only reason for less stars in comfort was the ac was not working properly in our room and it got a little too warm for our liking during the night. Breakfast was nice and had ample seating in the dining area. Over all, it was a pleasant experience and would definitely go back. "
"The staff was amazing, I cannot remember the last time I had customer service that was excellent. I would like to acknowledge Eva, Christian, Melissa and Alex! The property was clean, the rooms were very nice.I liked the bar area. I did not use the pool but it looked very clean. Great place to stay!"
"Visited family member in Victoria. This was perfect location for our activities. Staff is courteous, friendly and professional. Stayed 5 nights, our room was checked each day. Breakfast was good, nice pool, bed comfortable. "
