La propriètaire, Mme Rosi est très gentille, serviable et serieuse. L'appartement est très bien équippée est très propre. L'immeuble Epsilon I est très calme même s'il abrite l'hôtel Al Rayane. Et juste à côté, il y a de beaux restaurants, surtout Donté à droit dans l'immeuble Los Ramos et le pizzeria qui fait le coin à gauche juste à côté d'Epsilon I. Pour moi, rien à reprocher à cet appartement que de petites difficultées à trouver une place de stationnement dans les parking très proches en été, surtout les weeck-end. Bref, c'est une meilleure adresse à conseiller.
