Good stay at all inclusive hotel
Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable if you like softer beds. Food choice and drinks quality good. Overall a good hotel and would return again.

Do not hesitate to book...ticks all the boxes!
This is honestly the perfect place to stay if what you're looking for is the sun, sea and good food! We travelled as a family, a mother and two daughters and had an amazing time here! The hotel is exactly as it looks in the pictures, and is right on the beach which is where we spent most of our time. The rooms are cleaned and well maintained. Food was great and differed with each meal. The hotel in general was clean, no one got food poisoning and there were no mosquitos or flies to be seen anywhere. Please do not hesitate to book this hotel :)

Hotel looks old and tired. Room facilities are non existent. No room toiletries at all other than a soap dispenser on the wall by the sink and shower. No coffee or tea facilities either. Food quality is atrocious. We paid for full board but ate out on a few occasions to get some decent food. Staff are very friendly but the hotel facilities, the quality and overall experience was not good.

Hotel very clean and located close to many bars.
Good sized room and staff helpful and pleasant. Meals were plentiful and with a good choice, could always make a meal even when some choices were not to our taste. Some foods could have been a bit hotter.

lovely view over the beach
I really like this hotel, fairly clean, next to the beach, supermarket , restaurant , SPA and amazing long pavement along the beach for miles and miles. The room is really spacious , bed is extra comfortable and shower super powerful The restaurant has lot of selection however you do get what you are paying for and quality is not at the highest especially with the croissant and pastries and dessert. The best dish so far it was paella , great taste I went as a solo traveller and the staff especially Lara and Ana at the reception made my stay really special. They were always smiling and advised me where to go when I asked them about some tips Thank you for making my stay so special

The Hotel has been refurbished and only just opened. So somethings were still missing.Offers on though to compensate. Beds and pillows brand new and very good quality. Staff very helpful. Food, a very good selection and well presented. Lots of good tapas bars nearby. 8 euro for parking is a bit high and keeping the old balcony windows was a mistake. Would go back again.

Lovely break
The hotel next door had quite load music sometimes that backed on to the larger of two pools. Just because everyone is at the main pool go round the back to a quiter pool. Both pools are about 50 yards from the beach :-) Best tip to stay away from the little noise there is try to get a room facing the main road, suggest rooms 573-579 Staff very friendly and when there was a problem with a leaking shower super effecient. Buffet food good and lots to choose from, weather in the 30's all the time we were there :-)

La comida no esta mal pero no hay variedad. La fruta, dura. Y el cafe en los desayunos malisimo. Al igual que el zumo...Los horarios para acceder a las bebidas o meriendas son un poco limitados en cuanto a horarios. Eso en cuanto a mejoras que puede hacer el hotel. Asi como el detalle de dejar entrar a la gente con el bañador mojado en el restaurante o permitir que la gente reserve su propia hamaca y sea complicado el acceso a una . Son detalles que hace perder al menos una estrella al hotel de las cuatro que tiene. En cuanto a la limpieza y el trato del personal no puedo decir nada malo, muy amables en el trato y siempre con una sonrisa.

Respecto a lo que comenta sobre la comida sentimos no estar de acuerdo en lo que menciona sobre la variedad, ya que tenemos una rueda de menús que cambian cada día de la semana tanto en almuerzos como cenas y la grandísima mayoría de nuestros clientes están muy contentos con nuestra calidad, variedad y cantidad. CASI todo incluido, dos tipos de café uno incluido muy malo y otro mejor pagando a parte; en la zona de hamacas no se puede comer, no dejan sacar nada del snack bar a la zona de piscina entre horas sólo bebidas, pero por 1,80€ puedes comprar un pequeño paquete de patatas y llevarlo a las hamacas, no es por el dinero es el detalle tan feo de cobrarme a parte cosas iguales a las que ya he pagado antes en el todo incluido; eso si tampoco se puede fumar pero nadie le decía nada a los que fumaban en las hamacas y otras zonas prohibidas incluso cerca de niños. La limpieza de las habitaciones llegaba tarde o no llegaba como el penúltimo dia. Por lo demás el personal muy agradable sobretodo el grupo de animación, la comida del buffet estaba bien y variada (el desayuno algo menos) y los camareros no paraban de reponer la comida y limpiar las mesas.

No es un cuatro estrellas, apenas le daría 3....sin agua, el café de máquinas(imbebible) ... Camareros que avasallan, no dan abasto y sin refrigeración en zonas comunes con lo cual ellos están empapados en sudor y no es normal eso en un comedor, la hora de comida o cena al no haber turnos es una guerra, cocina en vivo repetitiva y malo,nada fresco todo congelado incluso una noche que anunciaban filete de ternera era hígado (asqueroso)..... animación NO EXISTE en cinco noches vimos un grupo bailar como para la tercera edad y el resto Spotify y pide una cancion que siempre eran las mismas, justo al lado el otro hotel con actuaciones en directo todas las noches(De pena). Piscinas 1.80 de profundidad con lo cual ridículas ya que niños y mayores se concentraban a la entrada de ellas para poder hacer pie. NO REPETIREMOS

Respecto a las indicaciones que señala en su comentario sentimos no estar de acuerdo ya que se alejan de la verdad y están tergiversadas acorde al servicio que ofrecemos. En las zonas comunes si que tenemos aire acondicionado. Respecto al comedor sentimos que fuese así pero es muy difícil gestionar que no haya colas en los servicios de buffet cuando todo el mundo viene a la misma hora. Avisamos en recepción y en carteles en ascensores y zonas comunes de ello, pero si tenemos 2 horas y media para cada servicio y todo el mundo viene en la última media hora del mismo es imposible que no se forme saturación del servicio. Nos sorprende su comentario acerca de la animación ya que como podrá comprobar, en la mayoría de los comentarios se menciona nuestra maravillosa animación y lo contentos que están nuestros clientes con ella ya que tenemos espectáculos todos los días de la semana por las noches además de una gran variedad de actividades durante el día adaptadas tanto para adultos como para niños. Respecto a las 2 piscinas grandes es cierto que tienen una zona profunda del mismo modo que tienen una zona que no lo es, y además tenemos una tercera piscina para niños que no cubre prácticamente nada, y es por eso que podemos ofrecer un servicio de piscinas a gusto de todo el mundo, grandes y pequeños. Sehr alte Zimmerausstattung, Hotel für Klientel Ü60, nur 2 Aufzüge, die ständig belegt waren, Frühstück wie in einer Kantine mit extrem vielen Gästen, daher laut und chaotisch, Frühstückangebot sehr einfach, wie z.B. Saft aus Konzentrat, sehr schlechter Kaffee.
