La résidence est très calme et bien sécurisée. Idéalement située, la position de cette résidence permet d'accéder facilement à Mdiq et Tétouan au sud et à Fnideq et Ceuta au nord. This is the second successive holiday I spend in this dream apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with wide and clean bedrooms and The bathroom is large and very clean. It is well equipped (TV, fully fitted kitchen, clean towels and air conditioning ...). The view from the terrace is gorgeous, the pool is down, the mountains on the left, and the sea on the right. All nearby beaches are beautiful. I found absolutely no problem to access or payment. The owner is friendly, helpful and very nice. And sincerely, the price is very convenient compared to what can be found next to it. I had a wonderful holiday with my family and we will definitely return next year. ##### Houssam L. ---
