We used the self check in upon arrival which was honestly a little strange but there was quite a bit of parking available. The garden is very nice and the room was fairly spacious. It is easy to walk into town for food and shopping.

The bed was rather awkward with the overhead bunk bed, making getting in and out a challenge. The mattress was fine but the pillows gave no support even with two. This is the only hotel or B&B I've stayed in that didn't provide in room refreshments. They did have a machine in the basement where one could purchase a coffee. Also charging for parking in the drive seems a bit money grabbing. It's a touristy area which pushes up prices but charging extra for the things that one would normally be included is not good. One good thing was the bathroom and shower.

We stayed at Villa Fantasia after a day of travel and sight-seeing. We appreciated the idea of self check in to save on cost but the kiosk to check in took a few tries to get it to work. Check out didn't work at all as the kiosk said it couldn't pull up my reservation. It had easy parking and a good location. The building felt really old inside and our room felt old as well but it worked for a quick stay. Unfortunately the bathroom had a bit of a sewer smell and one of the comforters had a stain and hair on it. Other than that, it worked well as a cost friendly option.

Very small rooms but clean. Town is very walkable , we drove here and parked car and walked around town. Very responsive at check in. No breakfast or coffee. No air conditioner and it was a little warm. Beds were better than average but only one pillow per person.

I LOVED this place! (I misunderstood the check-in procedure so left a low review for that--hopefully that's been changed, because that was my bad.) But Boni (sp?) was great at explaining it and getting in touch with me about it. And he was sooooo helpful with what to do in the area, and he was warm and kind. The place is really clean, inviting, unique, and well-appointed. The location is also perfect--VERY close to a bakery/coffee place that opens nice & early, and also VERY close walk to the main drag in town. My room was so cute and comfy, and staff was always responsive to my requests. I definitely will stay here any time I'm in the area.

Fantasy Dream Come True
The single twin bed room was fabulous. Had two windows in the corner room. The entire hotel had a whimsical decoration style, including the unique tile bathroom complete with a golden mirror frame. Location was a short walking distance from the Füssen train and bus station. The furniture is simple, but very functional. The bed was comfortable, and I slept very well after a busy day at the nearby castles.

We arrived late and did not meet anyone from the hotel - our room keys were in an envelope on the front desk. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the basement was good - standard German fare. Parking was available but a little tight for 9-passenger vehicle. We only met hotel staff (by accident) on our second day and had to check out then in advance of our departure the following day as staff would not be present then either. Good place to stay if you just need a room and breakfast.

Very disappointing.
The key word in this establishment is 'BUDGET' and indeed this hotel is akin to a Youth Hostel or as they say in German 'Jugendherberge'. Everything is extra .. parking .. breakfast etc. Do find yourselves a favour and look elsewhere, would be our recommendation!

The only good thing was the good location. But the room is really run down and dim. There's no lift so u gotta carry your luggages up the spiral staircase. The worse part was that there's no hot showers and reception closed at 8pm. I had no one to ask and had to book another hotel at 10pm because I can't shower in the cold when it's 8°C outside. Not recommended

A great stay in a very nice room. The balcony was a special touch since it was pouring rain and we got to sit outside without getting wet. Hot water and a modern bathroom. Good service. Very centrally located and walkable to everything.

Lovely hotel 3 min to the train station - where the bus to castles departs from. Excellent communications and service. My room was extremely charming, comfy bed and pillow, kettle and extra blanket, hairdryer. Very nice shower! I didn’t try breakfast but it smelled yummy. Cannot be faulted!

The hotel is really nice. The location is perfect. Walkable distance to Old Town. We got a room for 3 people, the room was very comfortable with a nice view to the garden. There is a fee for parking and breakfast, but price was very reasonable. Just be patient at the reception, you have to wait for someone to come help you, I'm guessing that since it is a small hotel they dont have someone available at the reception all the time.

Beautiful but too Noisy to Sleep here.
This is a beautiful hotel in a lovely area and a great breakfast, however I just can't recommend it. The rooms are right next to a busy street and the noise from the cars kept us up most of the night. It was warm outside so we had to have the windows open and the traffic noise was so loud we couldn't even talk in our room. Once it got late at night, around midnight, we closed the window but cars would still rip up the street. People also stood right outside our window and talked so we could hear every conversation. Pros: good location, lovely garden area, great breakfast.
