What I didn’t like is that I was surprised with the “damage deposit” and then the fact there’s no over night housekeeping is a problem. My son threw up on the bed luckily I requested 2 beds I called the front desk and was told someone would come in the morning and a note would be made which neither happened. I ended up asking the housekeeper which was around after 10 am if he could change the bed sheet and that I would wait he said he would once he’s finished with the room he was currently cleaning. Over half an hour went and he was still cleaning so I told him to forget it I had to go. The next day for me to check out, the man working the front desk at the moment asked me to wait about “2 minutes” while he walkie talkied the same housekeeper to check for damages in his language then after about 10 minutes he shows him a video and I told him let me guess the vomit on the bed then I had to wait for the manager and he says it looks like poop and urine so I explained to him the situation I even mentioned the supposed note that was made then he tells me because of the fact there’s no note that’s why I’m getting back my deposit then tells me next time make sure I don’t make a mess as if I was supposed to know my son was going to throw up during late hours? I told them check by the toilet you can see where there’s more by the floor since I had to carry him to finish his throw up. The staff weren’t kind at all especially front desk. Housekeeping did not do their job; I had to wait anywhere from two hours to twenty-four hours for blankets towels and toilet paper. When I did ask the lady housekeeper said “you always need everyday” nobody ever came to clean our room, we had to clean when we arrived because it was absolutely disgusting nothing was moved for cleaning so we had to do exactly that. upon check out my Mother cleaned thee entire room and left it spotless. I would never recommend this location.

The receptionist was very nice but when we got to the room it was dirty, the floor, the bathroom, the sheets were stained and burned, the room smelled like cigarettes, I complained and they gave me another one, which was not very clean either, there was hair on the pillows, the floor was dirty The bathroom smelled like urine.

I had to upgrade the room to get a refrigerator and microwave after I checked in. The second room was nice and much bigger with a desk. The bathtub curtain in the upgraded room smelled and had mold on the bottom.

Apparently, if u renr a room, it customarily comes with microwave, mini fridge, ironing board and iron. But this is not the case here because its a deluxe room. The room is that I was in was called a standard room which dies has not microwave, mini fridge, no ironing board or iron. When asked why was that, I was told I could move to a deluxe room for an extra eight dollars a night.

I have stayed at many different Red Roof Inn as I frequently travel with my dog. I arrived to this hotel late around 11pm. After being on the road for over 6hrs I was looking forward to a hot shower & getting in bed. When I pulled up to the hotel there was a group of 5-6 men standing around talking and smoking right outside the lobby doors. I checked-in then immediately went back to my SUV & took my dog out (Belgian Malinios) that is trained in bite work. I intentionally took my dog out & had her heel with me up to the room because I felt extremely uneasy walking alone seeing all those men just standing around. As soon as I entered the hotel room I noticed the stains on the bed cover, I walked between the 2 beds and noticed a black spot on the floor I walked closer & the black spot starting crawling, it was in fact a roach. I opened the refrigerator because I have to keep my dog’s food cold however the inside of the fridge was nasty nothing but crumbs and something that spilled at the bottom. I knew immediately I wasn’t going to be placing my dog’s food inside of that fridge. The last thing that I saw which was complete nastiness was urine on the toilet seat and what appeared to be urine around the base of the commode. I spent less than 3 mins inside that room & quickly returned to the lobby. I was not spending another minute at this hotel. He offered another room but I declined. I received a full refund. This place is terrible I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here!

as a female I checked in and rcvd my room keys. as I park by the room I’m given, and see one of the guys from the from go into room given. this room have been reserved for about 5 hours. My guy runs up to see what the move was about and the man stated he was spraying the room because someone was smoking in there and checked the sink to make sure the water ran ok. The room and the door handle on the inside comes completely off. So I go downstairs to inform the front desk due to they have no information to call from the room and tell them about the situation. I told him it was the door handle that came off but he kept saying the key card. The “maintenance guy” comes and say need to fix the sink. Me and guy look at each other suspiciously and stated no it’s the door handle. The guy puts the door handle in vertical instead of horizontal. The tub was dirty as EVER! So my guy left out for a bit and I was not feeling safe. As I wait for my food I try to watch tv…you have to purchase basically all channels. Then I see a mini roach on the tv stand,killed it and tried to ease my mind to not think it was a roach. the door would not close due to improper installation. I had to unlock the door from the inside in order to shut the door. I come back with my food and a roach crawls from behind the tv stand and on the wall. Then seen another in the corner. Tell front desk ask for full refund he said no. Then stated can give partial out of the 202 told him no full refund. I took partial back

This hotel is not in a good area. The windows to the rooms are right outside next to the public balconies. Definitely did not feel safe

The Hotel is scary, people hanging out in front of their rooms, hanging out in the parking lot. This is bottom of the barrel. Sheets are awful. Spots all over the floor. Lock is missing on the back of the door. I moved the desk in front of the door. Be Warned………..

The Place is in a good area and don’t like when you Book with Expedia they second shift employee treats me different by giving me rooms wit no refrigerator or microwave only cause I got a discount and it’s been happening for 9 months concurrently

We checked in a little before midnight and found hairs and wet spots in the bed. We left immediately and requested a refund which was denied. They got my money but will never use Red Roof Inn again or Expedia who also refused to assist us.
