nice stay I wish the outdoor area or bar was open we were wishing to have a drink after eating out The pool looked great we forgot our swim gear.

The hotel was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Given that the main access during our stay was through the front door, it would be helpful to be able to roll suitcases through the parking lot, directly across the line of diagonally parked cars all the way to the small ramp. That access could be improved by sacrificing only 1 parking space!

The hotel was very comfortable with a renovated bathroom. Pool facility was clean with warm water. All staff was cheerful and helpful. The location is excellent. You can walk to many restaurants on Market St in only 5 minutes!

I loved this hotel! It was really nice, staff were very professional and it was pretty upscale but affordable! Live music and entertainment each evening for free! Good food and drink and a wonderful pool too! My only complaint is the lack of good, strong coffee - the compliment room coffee isn't very good but the hotel is very nice - just no free breakfast included.

The Radisson hotel is in the process of renovation with wires on the ceiling. The accommodation is very comfortable and rooms are big and clean. The best part is that it’s location being in the heart of town, very close to Market Street for shopping and dining. Very convenient and walking distance to Rockwell and Corning Glass Museums. I will come back to this hotel.

It’s right adjacent to Market Street..food, shopping and atmosphere. Was a little upset that prior to 24 hours a letter was slipped under the door saying management has the right to inspect the room…we had put out the eco friendly sign that it didn’t need fresh towels etc believing we were helping …sort of felt like we were doing something wrong!!!

Location of the property is excellent! Everything is right at your doorstep and is walkable Other than the very loud music heard throughout from the bar/restaurant, was very quiet. Nice property, currently being updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The only complaint I would have was the noisy heating/cooling system. We had to turn off to sleep. Other than that, the hotel is located very close to the shopping and eating areas on Market Street. We will be back in the future!

I was expecting a much nicer room because of the price I paid. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets clean. But the phone, the shade in the room, the carpets under the desk were all dirty. One of the towels looked like it had been used, but was folded up neatly.
