Great location for beach and old town. Hotel service and breakfast were great. Pool water very cold and its sadly not in sun post 3pm - but then beach very very near. No real area with comfortable seating which is a shame as poolside packed, there were a few couches in the door way but used by smokers and people waiting for taxis.

This Hotel has a perfect location between the Marina and the Beach 🏖, close to Shops and Restaurants and Great views across Alicante are great. Unfortunately let down by the fact the rooms are not soundproofed so you can hear everything, especially anyone in the hallways, which really affects the sleep. Also the Lovely Ritual products are not topped up, ie Handwash, Shower gel etc are in a fixed position on the wall which is fine but why not filled daily?? Same problem with Toilet tissue, so recommend to check on arrival and ask for extra. Breakfast had a really good selection but the scrambled eggs and beans were quite runny, the paella was awful, but an excellent variety of pastries. They do loan Beach Towels if you ask at reception, which is great. However had to get my keycard sorted three times, only on the third occasion I was told that magnetic strip on it can be affected by Mobile Phones. Which is fine I probably caused that the last time, but first two times was nowhere near my phone! Overall Would recommend to try if its in Budget but don’t expect too much, there is also building work going on nearby which means lie in will not necessarily be possible.

Loved "thelevel" Our room 1038 was too close to staff rooms so it was very noisy from very erly in the morning until very late at night not very peacefull. All the staff in the Level were amazing. The main bar staff in the cool loungue was not very friendly or attentive
