The Bar Staff at All Bars were very Agitated and unhelpful, in particular the Pool bar, Understaffed at the wrong times leading to huge queues and unnecessary wait times, Facilities and Rooms were great, Reception Staff very good and friendly

Clean and good holiday hotel
Great break, food hit and miss but you’re find somthing to eat for sure. The hotel is clean and all the staff are friendly apart from the pool life guard what is just a rude twit he was rude to kids & parents saw it a number of throughout our stay if you don’t like the job move on there’s no reason to be rude when everyone is enjoying holiday

Fab hotel great food, clean and rooms lovely. I booked a room with balcony and pool view. We had No pool view just building site. Manager said that the view isnt guatanteed and expedia are at fault so take it up with you? We had it in black? He did not apologise was rude and indifferent shruggin his his shoulders and said i can have a refund and go elsewhere. We booked 4 rooms as family celebration. Night time bar staff are arrogant clearly dont like people are complacent.

The hotel seemed fine. I don’t usually go for large hotels but this was an exception. The reception was fine but one receptionist needs an injection of happiness and shouldn’t be miserable or aggressive when dealing with her colleagues or customers. I cannot rate the food properly, I purchased two evening meal vouchers at €15 each but cannot say the food was anything above average. I do not like buffet service and didn’t expect it when I purchased the vouchers. My wife and I don’t drink a lot and did not take advantage of any alcoholic drinks available with the meal. I was again disappointed at breakfast, queuing and self serving undercooked sausages, fried eggs that were kept warm too long, bacon that was too salty, mushrooms that were tasteless with a synthetic texture. We like to be waited on and would avoid a cattle market at all costs. It is over 25 years since I lived in Benidorm and this one night has secured my Non-Return forever. A more personal service is my preference, so my mistake, I just feel embarrassed that your customers are treated this way and you obviously feel your service is good. I’m not a holiday tourist, but I’m also not a snob. I live in half the year in UK and half in Villaricos, and recommend you visit establishments in this area, but please keep your style of hotel in Benidorm, thank you

Boxing Day, my grandchildren popped over to see us in the hotel and we were told as they do not live in hotel GET OUT. Terrible to tell kids on Boxing Day they not allowed in Food all week was very poor, only the food on Xmas day was nice. Not allowed to take bottle of water out of eating area for baby bottles. I would not recommend this hotel. Stayed in many in Benidorm and you can get far better value for money.

We stayed B&B nice cheap 4 days get away, sadly when entering the complex for food or a drink we was approached each time and questioned about our stay because we never had a band on ?? At this point on every visit for a drink or food we was left feeling not part of the hotel ? Sad really as a lovely place !

For the price that we paid we where not expecting anything fantastic, but we where very surprised. Staff where all very freindly and polite from arrival to check out. Food was excellent and we had a great choice, a few different things everyday, even though we where out of season. Hotel was very clean and staff where cleaning all the time. Room was very clean but a little dated (worn in places) Wifi at this hotel was great and worked everywhere onsite. Hot drinks are available 24 hours a day from bar area self serve. Bar lines where never more than 5 people in front of you and they put more staff on at busy times. Restaurant waiting time was only a minute or so at busy times, but leave it a little later there was no wait at all. Nice touch was they request you wear smart casual for evening meal times, a lot of people did make an effort which we found made it more pleasant. Entertainment was basic but did what it said on the tin, not really my thing but a lot of people looked like they where having fun so maybe your thing. Safes are available at a small charge think it was €3 a day you can also rent a kettle and fridge if you need but didn’t get prices. Location of hotel is very good it’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach straight down a main road. the main strip is only a few street away, market is on Wednesday and Sunday a few minutes walk away. Neptune bar is about 7minute walk, acts here are well worth a look. Old town is a good 45 minute walk

The food was always cold no matter what it was, they did have the plate warmers but there weren't any plates stacked in it. My husband and I are early risers but you cannot get a coffee or a cup of tea until 8am. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A small fridge in the room would have been welcome, but there is none. The rooms were very large and clean and comfortable. We asked for a morning call 6am, just in case we didnt wake in time for the coach to pick us up. There was no call, fortunately we woke ourselves, I picked up the telephone in the room and it was dead. When we went to reception the staff said that he had tried to call our room twice, well obviously if the phone is broke we were not going to get any call. Enening entertainment, is extremely ammitur. We would not return to this hotel.

Great hotel...lovely and clean, fresh towels every day even though we didn't request them every day. Rooms are spacious and clean, TV channels for UK easily accessible in rooms, bathrooms in need of a refurb but still clean and the outside seating area at the bar is dated and the furniture needs replaced. Food is fantastic, plenty of choice and always warm and fresh.

Made to feel unwelcome because not all inclusive.
Was not given option to book all inclusive. When at hotel, staff and security constantly questioned if I was guest in hotel as I did not have wrist band and did so in an aggressive manner. When handing over cash for drinks, this was problem for staff as they would then berate me and moan I would have to wait for change. A terrible experience. Took 3 days to get toilet fixed as we could barely sit straight on it due to pipes sticking out from walls.

Good location short walk to the beach.
Clean hotel in good location. Bathroom was disappointing with a poorly fitted shower. Stayed all inclusive, breakfasts were good never had lunch there but Dinner was poor. The meat was all over cooked and really dry. Poor choice of salads. Some of the Restaurant and bar were really miserable.
