Very basic, dusty, uncomfortable bed, Paper cups no glasses All in one body hair hand wash in dispensers that’s it. if you’re looking for a real glass a bar of soap look somewhere else It’s a place to sleep but you’re not going to want to stay in your room for more than that. I checked in at 11:30 at night. All staff was very young, and it looked like they were having a get together as opposed to working. I felt like I was interrupting as opposed to being served.

Jose was amazing again! Raquel was also amazing! As were all staff! Convenient for airport route, Alicante city centre also. Hotel is nice and clean, nice large clean room with everything you need. Fantastic views of Mediterranean Sea. Hairdryer supplied in room, towels changed daily, food was great too!!

Near Alicante
Good location if travelling by car,on arrival staff were friendly, room was basic but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee, cold meats, cheeses, boilled eggs and a choice of breads. I would definitely stay there again

As above
Six day trip down through France and this was by far the best stay. Juan and Anna Maria were outstanding in every way. What a shame their boss’s let them down BADLY. They must have known how many were staying, Juan and Anna Maria really did need some help and support from some others on duty. The company failed miserably.

Very Disappointing Restaurant - Rooms Far To Hot
We chose this hotel as it said there was a restaurant but all it had was a food and drink area next to reception staffed by a rather unfriendly barman who told us we could only have pasts or pizza. We ate elsewhere. The room was far too hot and the air-conditioning had been switched off. The receptionist was friendly.

Basic but clean and ideal for airport stay
Good location, 10 ins to Alicante airport, clean and perfect for short stay. Basic food such as Pizza available anytime

Ibis are good family friendly /dog friendly hotels. I e we’re disappointed in this visit as we had booked two rooms as a family travelling and one room wasn’t available yet at check in time. I understand it was high season and we took the one room and left all of our luggage. We returned tired at 7pm and the second room still wasn’t cleaned and available to us . This was disappointing.

Was a horrible experience, key didnt work, nonparking available had tomsoemd time waiting, room was not clean, hotel is really bad not recommended.

Good value with good buffet breakfast. Budget hotel but had disadvantage of being too far out of town- car required as bus service from city centre/ beaches was rather infrequent and therefore needed to use taxis with the exception of a direct link fro airport to hotel/ city centre.

Need a car
yes its on the public bus route but no bus stop at hotel to be found and had to walk up hill and back to the hotel we passed from Alicante. Going to the airport is easy as the bus stop is over the road.

Far from city center but good breakfast
The stay is good with a good breakfast but it's very far from the city center, Google maps is another crapy to find the bus. you must wait for a minimum 1hr always to get to No. 27 to reach the city center. else catch C6 bit expensive for every 20 min.

Handy for airport

Ibis & Ibis Budget share a car park that has 3 small tables where you can sit with their [4/10] draught beer, enjoy afternoon sun and order their [6.5/10] pizza. €8 gets you a family-size g t (good gin, poor tonic, no lemon). It's a long walk into town, which suited my waistline. Best not to jog along that road as exhaust fumes hung heavy in the air there. I did try driving in, spent 20 mins looking to buy parking after spotting somewhere that was open to eat on a Sunday, plus 20 mins walking from the car park back to the restaurant. How do people in Alicante park when busineses are actually open? The bathroom in my first room stank so I asked for a room change the first morning. That was granted immediately without asking the reason so they must know which bathrooms need a ceiling-to-floor deep clean. The second room was initially no problem; clean, if somewhat spartan. This one had USB charger points but still no kettle. Bar options are quite limited and with no cooked breakfast option I didn’t comprehend the difference between the 5 and 8 euro breakfasts (duh...3 euros!!) so I just paid 8 thinking that gave me a free run at the buffet. Breakfast was neither particularly good nor bad but the cappuccino was dreadful. It came from a machine using sickly sweet UHT "milk" plus a feeble coffee element for a desperately poor outcome. Perhaps our Costa machines give Brits inflated expectations of automated coffee but there is a scale. Stick with their perfectly good orange juice
