The hotel is in a good quiet location just on the outskirts of town. Walking distance to beach and bars. Friendly staff. Nice clean basic rooms. Food was good and plenty of choice. Would recommend

Lovely hotel staff amazing 😘basic but spotlessly clean one thing that could have helped a glass in the room for a wee drink before you go out but everything else spot on 👍👍😎😎

Went for a hen weekend . The location was perfect for the beach and nightlife . Staff were super friendly Excellent value for money The breakfast was great , loads of choice. Couldn’t fault it !

Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay including the furor that occurred because of the corona virus events. Food was very good and was presented very well also. All of the staff took pride in their jobs and were very friendly and courteous.

The hotel was spotless, the staff in difficult circumstances were very helpful trying to accommodate all their customers as much as possible. I couldn't fault them or thank them enough for making our stay as good as it could have possibly been.

Nice and clean.
Veru nice stay at the Servigroup Rialto Hotel. The staf was veru helpful and evrything was clean. The only complain would be that it is not allowed to charge my skooter.

Great value hotel

Great Friendly Hotel
The front of house staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room smelt of stale cigarettes but the weather was good enough to keep the patio window doors open and keep fresh air in.

Great hotel for New Years week celebrations in Benidorm. We have been many times before and the hotel continues to be excellent value for money.

Nice short break
Hotel very dated and tired but clean. Staff on reception excellent, food excellent especially the breakfast.Location was good for the beach but a bit of a hill coming back. Nice touch with free tickets to Benidorm Palace.

A good hotel, it seems full of English pensioners. Don't expect any wild nights in the bar or eye candy around the pool. But it's quiet cheap and much closer to the beach than I expected. The staff were great. The breakfast was very good. A great choice for families or singles looking for somewhere quiet.

Cheap and cheerful break away!
I booked a 3 night stay here to simply get away from it all. The hotel was clean and tidy, friendly staff, food was adequate and the hotel was close enough yet, far enough away from the night life so we got a little sleep after enjoying the night life. I would book here again for a short break!

Excellent stay
Excellent staff throughout, food was very good and dining area spotless. Very central to beach and nightlife. Being a smaller hotel it is not as loud and busy as the larger chains with the bonus of a ticket to Benidorm Palace. Would highly recommend

The staff are very friendly and will bend over backwards to help you. it is a relatively small hotel by Benidorm standards and they are able to give you a much more personal service.

A bit disappointed
The hotel had some good reviews but I was a little disappointed, Nicky and the rest of the staff were very good. The free wi-fi didn't work most of the time and the tv channels kept disappearing. The rooms were to hot even with the radiator turned off, so we had to leave the patio door open but the late night revellers returning kept us awake together with the early dustbin collection. The food was reasonable but the bar closes at 11pm which is far to early for Benidorm.it is not on my return list.

Fantastic Hotel at great price.
Stayed here as a base for a group holiday. Staff were really friendly, always helpful and the hotel was spotless. There was always someone cleaning whether it was the restaurant area, reception or the pool area. I will be going back definitely.

Good hotel close to the beach
I have stayed in this hotel on a single room basis many times. The staff are very good and the rooms are kept clean. It is situated close to the beach and within easy walking distance to the night life in the new part of the town. It is a bit of a hike to the old part of the town, but a nice walk if you are up to it. Over 5 years I have not had a bad experience at this hotel :-)

Great Hotel
All of the staff at the Rialto will provide you with a warm welcome and great customer service. All areas of the hotel are cleaned to a high standard and food choice is very good. 2 for 1 drinks are available at the bar at all times. Good location being close to beach, shops, bars, indoor market and bus routes. Hotel is accessed up a hill which is not too bad but could be an issue if you have limited mobility. Entertainment was only provided on one night of my 4 night stay and it was not very good. This was my second visit to The Rialto and I certainly will return to this hotel.

Small Friendly hotel full board good value as well as 2 for 1 offer for certain drinks not far for beach not much in the way of entertainment in the hotel day or night but not too far away to find some quiet area so sleep is good
