Poor service
Booked a pool view room with the hotel before I arrived and paid a lot of money for this and was told there was not a room booked plus the room I was given to myself was very small only 1 power socket ontop of the bed to charge phone and walls were paper thin can hear people conversations complained to receptionist about bar staff short changing me when I arrived paying for 2 drinks hand over a 20 euro was told it was a ten only had 20 euro when I arrived was told I would be contacted about room and money by the hotel manager ask a few time was not available will not be back room cleaner we’re excellent

I found the reception staff indifferent Not rude but indifferent Especially regarding the road works outside and the extemelly dangerous road crossing and tiny access they provided They failed to notify that most of the popular visiting points were blocked by road works Ie the old town. No bus access La cala. No bus access They could have put an advise on the reception I even asked for the bus number to the cala and they told me but given that at this time most of Benidorm is being dug up they could have warned guests The room cleaning people were excellent though The food was nice and the hotel immaculately clean but that reception staff were very indifferent and given that they’re many competing hotels in that vincinity you’d think they’d be a bit more friendly and informative I don’t think I’ll stay there again I used to live in Benidorm so luckily I knew how to get around.

Great hotel that I've used many times before which tells it's own story. Been using this hotel for many years on visits to Benidorm but have to say I think the food on offer has lost appeal for some reason. Quality and choice do not seem as good as in the past. Rooms are still very reasonable though and cannot fault service or staff.

Great location...everything is walking distance if you dont mind walking? Hotel is maintained very well, not a true 4 star though, the shower in my room was amazing, it was so powerful, food is very average sometimes bland, staff very good and helpful, the fixtures and fittings are a bit cheap, but it all does the job, would go back, but for some reason compared to nicer places, Benidorm hotels seem overpriced for what you get, if you need to go to Benidorm this is a good hotel

Good 3 Star.
Stayed here for a week in September, this is the 3rd time and I will be back. I like the location, near everything without too much noise. The hotel is spotless and the staff good. The guests are mainly mature couples.

Location perfect for families, no scrambling for sunbeds, spotlessly clean & nice rooms. Good quality food and show cooking ( incl.fresh omelettes & pancakes everyday ). Only issue sometimes food could gave been hotter but there is a microwave & entertainment wasn't catered for younger crowd. But staff very helpful , no rowdy hen & stags and also a free trip to Benidorm palace is a must :) def be back

Had a nice 4 day break in the Hotel Nereo. Hotel was very clean, rooms were modern and well maintained. The food was of good quality however limited choice for a veggie! And needed to be hotter. There are other Servigroup hotels which are in a more central location.

Last-minute break
Loved the view from the huge corner balcony (room 704). Bathroom had been recently modernised as it had a "wet room" style shower. We were only there for 4 nights yet the cleaner came in every day. Choice of food at dinner was excellent. Modern reception and lounge area.

A little bit off the beaten track
This is an excellent hotel and I was very surprised to learn that it is due a refurbishment in the new year. That said, we go to Benidorm mainly for the nightlife, and the hotel is slightly far away from the main entertainment centre. This would not really have been a problem had we been blessed with decent weather, but we were not and were thus marooned for 4 of our 8 nights. Fortunately, the low-key entertainment in the hotel was of a good standard, and the 2-for-1 drinks offer ensured a jolly time.

No complaints about the hotel which will be refurbished commencing in January. A little far away from outside entertainment mainly because of the poor weather raining 6 out of 8 days. Hotel entertainment, food etc very good

Top scores all round! We wont stay anywhere else.
This hotel is a fabulous one to stay. The food is great with plenty of choice at every meal. The hotel is perfectly situated on the flat for the sea front, the outdoor market, the indoor market and shops. and for drop-offs. There is a very good entertainment programme if you dont want to venture far afield, and the drinkd are fairly priced. There is a sun terrace, and also a bar serving the pool area. We love this hotel and we will not look for anywhere else to stay.

Top marks to the Nereo and to Hotels.com
The Nereo is a fabulous hotel which is on the level to the sea front and the shops, market etc. Cleanliness everywhere is second to none, and the pool area is great with plenty of sun beds. Check-in was quick and efficient, and all staff were very pleasant and helpful.Stayed in 4* hotels previously, but the Nereo is better. Food choice is fantastic,towels changed every day, and there are three efficient lifts so no waiting time involved. Top marks to this hotel and to Hotels.com through whom the booking was made. Will book with both parties again for sure.

Brilliant Break
Had a really good break. The hotel was perfectly situated with a short stroll to the beach. A short walk into the night life, but far enough away not to be too disturbed at night, apart from the odd noisy partygoer. Reception staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Food was good and all the staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back. The only down side is the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room as it isn't possible to get hot drinks in the hotel during the day or evening. Some alternatives might be to either have access to the facilities in the dining room after meals, install a tea/coffee making machine in the bar or install a self service machine in the hotel as I am sure guests wouldn't object to paying for this.

Trevligt hotell i Benidorm.
Kort vistelse om 2 nätter på detta hotell. Jättetrevligt hotell och rum med stor hörnbalkong. Service medel. I restaurangen var service mycket bra och maten och frukosten väldigt bra. I baren hade personalen inte bra kunskap om de enklaste drinkar. Hyfsat poolområde. Läget är bra och bara en kort bit till Levante-stranden.
