I woke up freezing cold as windows wouldn’t close properly. The hotel is not ideally located and you need to get a cab costing 6-8€ to reach Benidorms main attractions. The cleaners were very noisy in the morning outside my room. The breakfast spread wasn’t great for 4 star. The Man who checked me in at the hotel reception was however really nice and very polite.

Was a last minute booking after my beachfront hotel (Marconi) cancelled me with no explanation. I had a hire car for golf so the parking was excellent & safe! Large double room & bathroom. Staff very friendly. Would def go back. 6euros taxi to beachfront or use the us the bus fom the station.

The hotel's overall appearance and condition is good but there is no place to even have a coffee in the morning. You have to exit the building and walk around and down to the bus station's "bar". The shopping centre attached to the hotel is either being renovated or abandoned. After we moved the beds a bit, many small pieces of paper were noticed on the floor, the staff was asked to vacuum the room but they never did. I also found the beds to be overly firm.

The room was very spacious and well laid out. The bathroom had all facilities necessary. The area was quiet, but a bit out of the way. Given that this was an inter-town transport hub, the buses into town were limited. Taxis were available, if you wanted the extra cost. I walked to and from Old town, which felt quite safe. Unusually, there were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

I stayed for 2 nights. Very welcoming and friendly staff that I encountered in reception/ bar/ dining room. Easy parking at the hotel and just off the main road. Will definitely stay again.

Quiet place for those who likes that
I booked this hotel as it was cheap and thought I don’t need to drag my bags at arrival and when I leave. For that purpose it is very good as it’s above the bus station. Therefore it was five minutes to walk up or down to the bus. I expected some noise from the traffic of the buses but no, I heard nothing. I had a beautiful view. Half of the city and half of the mountains. The sunset was magical there, from my room. Staying there I had quiet evenings. I guess that’s the reason I love Benidorm because I don’t get the evening-night fuss. It’s a bit a ghost like experience there as the bus station itself is closed and the huge building is empty. No signs how to get to the hotel. Finally I found out that walking on the right side on the pavement was the closest option. It is outside the station and going around. I had breakfast which was good. Missed veggies or salad but there was plenty of fruits there. First day a walked to the city but half way (1km) is just walking along the road without anything there. Therefore I used the local buses twice a day (€1.6/one) It was a little accident one night. But it became clear next day what happened. So I wasn’t worried about it anymore. Once someone had a bath above me the water couldn’t flow quickly therefore it was dropped into my bath. Not a huge amount though. It was just a surprise what happened.

The property was in a quiet area, but near good transport links, i.e. the tram and bus station were in easy reach. Nice pool area. Walking distance to amenities.

Very good price. Huge room. A bit noisy though due to noise from traffic & bus station below. Perhaps ask for a quiet room if you are a light sleeper.

Lovely hotel!made all the better by the staff!both in reception and dining hall!excellent service and spotlessly clean again!locia?especially in dining hall deserves a special mention!made the meal even better with her manner!excellent!highly recommend if in benidorm!bit of a walk into centre? but bus @taxi outside hotel!Great swimmer pool also on 1st floor with gym equipment etc!

Beautiful hotel?!away from centre but walkable!not too everyone's tatse?but i found it a excellent stay!fantastic staff on reception,cleaning staff were totally professional!pleasure to go back to room!also breakfast/dinner couldn't find fault with!self service and plenty of food to choose from!well set up!again staff on duty welcoming? Good hotel at central bus station
Average rooms with city views, pool, sauna and gym on rooftop. The restaurant serves breakfast and dinner only. The food is good. The hotel has the flair of a business trip accommodation rather than a family-friendly holiday hotel (if you're looking for the latter I recommend its sister hotel in Playa de Torrevieja or, if you prefer Benidorm city, check out the amazing Flamingo Oasis hotel), but Benidorm offers a lot of tourist activities and this hotel is well-priced.

Location was good , food was terrible staff very friendly, room were clean. Hotel needs to be modernised No facilities in room for tea and coffee Fridge was not working , bathroom needed updating although kept clean. Gym was terrible all equipment was out dated and not working Cupboards for hanging up clothes was not ample for three people, had to keep my belongings in suitcase. No iron in room , although you could go to reception to get one. Grade is more three star than four star rating. My room had to be changed as furniture was in poor condition , did give me another room which was bigger that suited us as there was three of us. Our visit was pleasant and staff were very accommodating.
