Ok hotel for business stay
The hotel is fine, it had some small renovation /upgrade since last time I was there. The only thing I really dislike is thr strong perfume they use in the reception area. I find way too strong and suffocating.

Purpose of visit was governed by proximity to the hospital where a family member was located and therefore no strong opinion on the hotel. It provided a place to stay, however, amazingly the restaurant was not open at the weekend and parking proved difficult until advised of underground facility at 10 euros per night.

Basically a good hotel to stay, but no car parking at the property and I had to find where to park on the town streets or pay 10 euros per night in a private parking

This hotel was fantastic. Highly recommend if you’re in this area!!! The parking garage beneath the hotel is just 10 Euro/day. The room was dead quiet and, with the heavy-duty black-out curtains, I was able to get really good rest. The restaurants within walking distance were amazing, I definitely wasn’t expecting that in a small town like Elda.

Stay was ok room was not smoke free as required but other then that all good. Parking was on street but had option to park for €10 per night. As a custom parking should be free.

Ok hotel for short stay, a bit worn, but confortable Staff is nice, breakfast is average. The only tui g that really bothers me is the ambient perfume they use in the reception... Is way to strong.

Comfortable room , good breakfast , excellent lunch even though we were just in time at 3.50pm kitchen made a very good meal for us with no problem, the Hake was exceptional and the waiter could not have been more welcoming. Overall a good experience and would recommend .

Very nice stay
Hotel was really nice. Staff were brilliant. Only thing is tv and or remote did not function properly. We were offered to change rooms but might have been easier for the tv to change otherwise could not fault the hotel.

Very basic hotel, would not rate it as a 4 star. Basin in the toilet was heavily leaking, I reported it at reception but when I got back in the evening it was still the same. Breakfast choice is scarce and if you pay for it separately it is way overpriced for what they offer.

Staff very helpful but as we chose Sat & Sunday nights there was very little to do and no entertainment in the hotel. Breakfast was of a good choice and standard but bar & dining room was closed at the weekend.

Nice place and hotel
We had a great stay. Surprisingly nice and lively city. Very good bathroom. Two small complaints: The shower heating was unstable so it was best to keep it a little bit cold to avoid "scalding". The noise from nearby room doors closing was very loud.

Great Hotel at a nice price
This is my sixth stay at this hotel and I've never been disappointed. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are very cool, and for a smallish room, there is enough space for unpacking and stowing luggage. The mini bar fees are also very reasonable and the staff is extremely accommodating.

our stay was very comfortable and suited or purpose. we were visiting family nearby. the town had some lovely little parks but we found very limited places of interest within the town. having said this however, the bus service to outside places of interest, ie alicante, elche etc were very good.the only thing that we found disappointing about our stay was we felt the breakfast selection appeared to be diminishing as the week progressed.
