A short drive down a quiet cottage road will guide you to a dead-end road, and nestled among the pines and oaks, you'll find a 3+-bedroom timber frame cottage equipment with wood-burning fireplaces throughout, hardwood floors, an expansive patio situated on a quiet cove on Minden Bay, Kawagma Lake. Welcome to Kawagama Shoreline. This property has ample parking and space to play. The cottage boasts a huge lakeside deck, a large dock, an upper lakeside sitting area, a campfire area, and room for the kids to play. Inside the timber frame cottage, we have 3+ bedrooms with two queen and four twin beds available, a fully-equipment kitchen, two bathrooms, games, a coffee bar, and a sunroom with a truly Muskokan look and feel. \*\*BBQ available April-October The water off the dock is around 7', perfect for docking boats, swimming and fishing. Kawagama offers Lake Trout, some excellent bass fishing waters, and panfish.
