Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Lovely breakfast. Perfect English spoken . Lizia remembered our room number and coffee orders at breakfast each morning. Comfortable beds. Very quiet at night. They have a car park for €15 per night. Would definitely stay there again. Very good pizzzaria just 2 mins walk away..Pomodoro

Lovely hotel. Rooftop pool great you h for cooling off while topping up the tan. Huge comfy bed and bathroom. Great breakfast. One receptionist miserable, all other staff very friendly and helpful.

Check in was easy and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and had double sinks. The bed was firm and the pillows comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was a nice variety including cereals, eggs, bacon, cheese, meats and sweets. There was a nice juice selection and the coffee was good too. The hotel is about half a mile from the old town. It's an easy walk there and also to the beach.

Staff were excellent so helpful and informative, great location to all main areas of town. Only negative was the swimming pool had been taken over by the pigeons, it was covered in droppings and feathers Such a shame!

The bad: This is a four star hotel in name only. The facilities are mediocre, the bed was uncomfortable, the "in-room minibar" contained nothing more than four bottles of water, and the rooftop pool was both cold and covered in filth from birds. The good: Solid location, friendly staff, clean.

Friendly Hotel lacking luxury
Very friendly staff. Good location, short walk to beach and old town. The hotel lacks luxury, the air conditioning is poor, pool very small and minimal sun loungers.

The attentiveness of the staff was impeccable and cannot be faulted. However, I would be more inclined to call it a B&B instead, as there were no lunch or dinner options available.

The hotel is located within a 10 minutes walk to old town of Alghero. The pool is relatively small but still good enough to serve a purpose of having a swim and\or relax in a jacuzzi. The rooms are well-sized with a large bathroom - including quite handy double sink facilities. The breakfast was good and it had a range of choices although it would benefit if this varied on a daly basis. The customer service is truly exceptional, measured and genuine. We were delighted with the help recieved from Gian Paulo in particular wherever we needed something or asked for an advise. Nothing was too much for him and he went an extra mile to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

Great location - just a short walk from the city centre. Our room and bathroom was very large, clean, and comfortable. Lovely complimentary toiletries too. The breakfast provided was exceptional - a variety of cheeses, meats, eggs, and pastries. It was too cold to use the pool, but the rooftop patio was a lovely place to hang out and unwind. And the front desk staff were so helpful in providing directions to places, and making reservations as needed, which was really appreciated! I would stay here again if I get back to Alghero, which I hope happens soon!

Only stayed one night in April, but would stay again. Extremely helpful gentleman at reception.Plenty of free parking nearby. Good location, short walk to the bars and restaurants by the sea. Room was comfortable and nice area to relax on the lounges and watch TV near the bar/lobby area.

Very clean spacious room with everything you would expect. Very friendly helpful staff. 10 minute walk from the beach and the town. Pool could have been cleaner. Don’t Pre book a taxi in the UK for transfers. We paid £53 up front for transfer there, on the way back we paid €25. A lovely break.

Everything about the hotel is great. Room, very nice staff, fantastic location etc. Except the pool is a big disappointment. Considerably smaller than photos depict and definitely not clean. I didn't use it.

A nice quiet location a short walk to everything
A nice hotel about 10 mins walk to both the old town and harbour. Front desk always helpful and able to give advice. Breakfast was only so so but otherwise a good stay. The pool is nice but does get a visit from local birds when not in use so can suffer from what they leave behind...

A very comfortable hotel in the new town.
This was the second time my wife and I stayed at this hotel. It is located in the newer part of Alghero. However all the amenities of the old town and the marina are within a 10-15 minutes walk. The hotel is very clean, with a nice sized room and bathroom. The shower is very good. There is a safe in the room and good Wi-Fi. The air conditioning coped very well with the high temperatures. We didn't use the pool, on the roof but many people did. It was next to our room and we saw it being cleaned each day. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There are local restaurants and bars, mainly for local people, nearby for those who don't wish to walk to the old town.

Fantastic hotel. About 5 minute walk from marina and 10 minute walk to downtown. Free parking just around the corner. Front desk staff was so kind, accommodating, spoke perfect English, really lovely. Room was spotless, recently updated, very quiet at night, with AC, comfortable bed, nice shower. Breakfast was the best of my trip. Hotel has a wonderful restaurant downtown serving only local Sardinian cuisine. They give you a 10% discount. The meal was absolutely delicious. I am so glad I stayed here. I would definitely stay here on my next visit and highly recommend.

Excellent small hotel - great base for Alghero
Very good hotel, especially for a couple. 15 minutes walk maximum from the old town in a quiet residential area. Good continental breakfast with added hot bacon and eggs. Room not huge but in very good condition and comfortable. Excellent shower. Nice staff. Plenty of free parking (in May at least) within a couple of minutes walk. Would stay again without hesitation.

Conveniently located a few blocks outside the historic center, this hotel offers nicely appointed modern rooms, parking options and a roof top pool area. Excellent if you arrive by car. There are paid and nearby free parking options. Easy to find with a GPS. Easy walk to the pedestrianized historic center.

The hotel is well located, only an 8-10 minute walk from the old town. There is plenty of free parking in the area. The room was large and airy and the bathroom was also spacious and modern. The pool area is compact but a dip in the pool was very welcome.
