We are very sorry for the incovenience occured with the cleaning service but we would like to reassure you that every member of our staff is trained to implement all measures that guarantee the highest safety standards for everyone. Every member of our staff is required to take his temperature before coming at work and in case of symptoms must stay at home. All the staff have to wear his/her own mask during the work and have to mantain the security distance from the guests. I personally investigated what happened during your stay and I would like to reassure you that the "lady with cough" suffers from asthma and cannot wear the mask during her work as per her doctor's certificate and she is one of our cleaning staff since many years. We undestand your worries, but safety of everyone always comes first in our Hotel! Please apologies us again for the mistake of entering in your room despite you put the sign " do not disturb". We are sorry if you had some problem with our Sardinian Caesar salad created and invented by our chef. Our waiter probably tried to explain that our sardinian caesar salad is different from the famous and original one! Our Hotel does not provide toiletries in the ensuite bathroom in addition to the soap dispenser located inside the shower and near the sink and the bidet, in order to respect the enviroment , despite this many toiletries items are available at Reception. The Reception desk usually hands the sky box at guests arrival. We apologies for the incovenient with your kettle, immediately replaced by our staff. All the cardboard cups in the rooms were replaced in July 2018 by others of different material ( ecological as well) more suitable for hot drinks. Best regards.
