Super friendly staff at the hotel. They were super helpful and I feel like the value of the place for compared to what we paid was top notch. Not the most modern hotel, but it was perfect for what we needed. Thanks so much again to the reception staff. Both team members my friend and I dealt with were awesome! :)

Very close proximity to the beach, pubs and restaurant. Friendly staff at reception desk. Rooms are clean. Wished we had a better balcony view to the beach - place is usually fully booked, I can't complain.

The property’s neighbour that is below all the rooms advertises it plays music and live music starting at “6 pm til late “ which is 2 am every night. You’ll hear the worst lounge act or karaoke. If you’re into it , you’ll join in but for those who have early starts with tours you’ll get very little sleep.

The smell in the rooms were HORRIBLE! Smelled like rotten fish. There were several cocaroaches in the room as well...we informed management. This hotel is in a beautiful location but needs major renovations. Front staff was very nice

Great location
Location is great on the Old Town strip. Hotel is a little dated but none the less clean and tidy. Check in/out was easy and straightforward. Plenty of places to eat in the direct vicinity. Only gripe was next door decided to have a multi room party all night and the walls and doors are paper thin. The next day was a bit of a struggle.

Nice place in a great location. The only downside to the location is the noise throughout the night until 4/5 o'clock in the morning most nights. The swimming pool is ok, but you can't swim the whole length of the pool because it's too shallow for a third of the pool.....3rd of a metre

Excellent apartments.
We weren't sure at first as reviews were 50/50 however another review elsewhere said the rooms had just had a slight update with new beds and furniture and the main reception area was updated and the building painted so we took a chance and glad we did. We booked a seaview and got a nice balcony as some seaview rooms don't have a balcony, the room was spotless clean, the studio kitchen and bathroom was dated but it done us ok and again clean, with the cleaners coming in everyday. We were in block C and you got a code to enter the building which was right on Fishermans Square so nice and handy with restaurants etc on your door step, however most closed early enough so quiet at nights. The main bar and restaurant area is only a few minutes walk away, we will definitely be staying here again, it was our first time so there's no need to look elsewhere.

Fantastic views overlooking the beach.. Checkin was so easy the man on the desk was lovely. Appartment was spotless.. Beds were uncomfortable tho.

Never select this hotel, you’ll be robbed
Good location, space room/ apartment, clean But I will never ever stay there even to recommend because someone stole Eur 1.000,00 from my locked bag. I noticed only that morning when check-out and report at reception when returning room key. They suggested to report to Police but I had only about 20 min to take taxi and catch bus to Lisbon. They are able to open lockers without notice, very well training.

Property needs updating. Facilities are all there in the apartment but decor and beds etc are very old. No headboards but painted on. Only 1 bathroom for 5 people. Only 4 chairs etc set up despite our 5 people booking. Cleaners did a good job. Ruined our trip by telling us that there was no storage facility for luggage!!! We had 5 hours until our taxi and had to carry suitcases around all day, with 3 kids. Awful. All they needed to do was provide a room.

At the outset we had problems because they gave us an apartment that did not correspond to the photograph published on Expedia or on their own website after making us lose an hour they finally changed the room to us the new room although it was a little better it is absolutely old and with old blankets. The worst are the pseudo pillows ..... they are actually bags filled with foam pieces that have left the whole group with neck pain. At night it is quite noisy because there is a restaurant downstairs and there are many people who really shout during the night until 5 in the morning. The facilities are absolutely old and dirty. The wifi works and is cut every 5 minutes prehistoric !!! Finally, the hotel wanted to charge us an extra 20 euros per day to park the car in conditions that parking the car on the street is free and they have absolutely empty parking. Finally the beach view so bombastic mind offered is tiny which is on the verge of misleading advertising. I do not recommend this lodging for any reason, there are other alternatives a little further from the beach that look much better. In any case, the town is full of people who will only eat and eat. Hundreds of junk food restaurants ... seems to be the only activity they know how to do.

Room was not as illustrated when I booked but we did receive a room with a view and balcony. Kitchen was well stocked. Checkout was unusual making us wait while they inspected the room. Checkin was late after a 7 hour train ride which was not ideal but they gave voucher to get a cup of coffee while we waited.

Fantastic!
Fabulous location, spacious room, a bit dated but everything in full working order, staff very helpful and will lock your cases away if you have a late flight and let you use the shower in the gym before you leave for the airport, all free of charge. I will definitely be back.

Close to all amenities
The indoor pool and facilites were closed for maintenance. We were told by reception that they had only closed in April this year and would be doing the repairs during the winter. Other guests however told us that they had been to Turial Apartments before and the pool was closed when they came in 2009 and hasn't been opened since. There was lots of noise from the room next door during the day as the maintenance people were putting a new bathroom in the apartment. As they close for the winter could this not have been done then? We reported to reception 5 times about the noise and each time were told it would be finished that day!! Why can't they have a kettle and toaster as basic equipment in the apartments? We were told again by reception that it was dangerous to have these on the premises?????

Good location disappointing accommodation
Room was clean but dated. Beds were terrible, too hard and the air con in the bedroom wasn't adequate. The hotel pool was closed and although there was access to another at a nearby hotel the staff on reception had to contact them on our behalf. The hotel was close to the beach and local for shops, restaurants and bars.

nice hotel very close to beach and amenities
We were there for 7 nights and had no complaints, everyone very friendly and helpful. Location was superb, close to beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife. I had read a lot of reviews with bad feedback but decided to try it anyway. So glad I did. Would definitely stay here again

Close to beach
Check in was easy and staff pleasant. Rooms dated and tatty (one sofa was held together with cable ties). Most other guest near our room were drunken teenagers and two windows to other apartments bathrooms were smashed during our stay. We paid to upgrade to a sea view room but the view was a mere glimpse between two other buildings. To top it all the indoor pool was empty and closed for maintenance. If your after an apartment/hotel to relax in choose elsewhere.
