Clean and friendly, close to lovely beach

Posted 27-Oct-2017
Lovely big room, I requested extra towels and pillows as three people sharing not Two, and obliged me promptly. Reception very helpful, free shuttle bus which saved us taxi money. Not inclusive but enjoyed breakfast and bar drinks on our tab, good service. Big pool closed as end of season but other pool looked nice, didn't go in but observed the beds and pool area being cleaned every morning. I don't recommend food restaurant round the corner but get a cab to Falecia, there is an area with nice restaurants, I recommend the Pizza one, had a fab meal there!

Super base for traveling around the Algarve

Posted 05-Sep-2017
Pros: Very good value for money. Very comfortable and staff were obliging.
Cons: There could be more crockery and glassware aware - a minor point. No corkscrew!
Location: Beautiful sandstone cliffs and beaches. Vilamoura and Algarve Shopping are short drives away.
Room was comfortable and spacious with all the basics for a self catering holiday. We used it as a base for our travels but there were facilities that would suit families including nightly entertainment.

Great hotel, conveniently located

Posted 26-Aug-2017
Great hotel, choice of 2 pools and conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the beach and also excursion bus stops and convenient stores. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very friendly staff and very family friendly hotel. Our apartment was amazing and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Breakfast don't start till 7.30am so if you have to check out early you need to make other arrangement and also check in is not until 4pm which can be inconvenient if you arrive early other than that everything else is good.

Spacious rooms. Pleasant walk to beach.

Posted 22-Jul-2017
Pros: Good value in quieter location but still with range of local restaurants.
Location: Beach and some cafes, restaurants and bars.
Excellent value, spacious room. Quieter location with pleasant walk to beach, about 15/20 mins. There is a hotel shuttle a few times a day to beach but we didnt use it. The beach has beautiful sandstone cliffs and plenty of space on beach. For bigger town Albuferia is 25 mins bus ride away, we went on public bus.

Nice hotel for families.

Lovely big 2 bedroom apartment. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Towel change daily and linen change frequently. Pool towels available for €10. Safe €2.50 a day. North pool busier with children but has outside bar, snack bar and entertainment. South pool quieter and have to cover up to walk inside to the bar. Good free shuttle bus to beach and Albufeira. Good standard of cleanliness. Only 2 complaints. Food good quality but limited choice and bar service in evening very slow. 7 km walk either way to Vilamoura (lovely- take the toddy train round) and Albufeira (hilly walk). Local bus stop right outside hotel door €3.50 to Albufeira. About €13 in a taxi. Fair range of bars, restaurants, supermarket, a few shops and a bank within 5 to 10 minutes walk.

Great stay

Posted 21-May-2017
Great big apartment room for me and my friends - clean, spacious, homely. Lovely and helpful staff - some receptionists were not as informed as we liked, so resulted in difficulty when planning activities/outings, one staff said there's nothing in the area, but the next day we found two tourist offices nearby with an abundance of things to do... Food was decent & well priced, but could be more varied with each night. Fun entertainment at the hotel. Nice two pools. Quite a long walk to the beach (25 mins), but it's a great big beach to enjoy. Generally, a good stay!

Nice remote location

Posted 30-Apr-2017
Pros: The Location, staff and pool area
Cons: Repairs to the room
Location: Location is good, beach, small commercial area with bars and supermarkets, bike hire , day trips
Had a lovely relaxing time, the staff were very accommodating, the main swimming pool is good and is appropriately secluded, the room was good and met our needs but needs some repairs to the walls and bath. being in a room nearest the bar during the evening entertainment it could get a little noisy but this generally finished early. The Hotel is ideally situated away from the main town and has easy access to the nearby small commercial area and beach. There is a travel office in the area which offers many attractions/trip, we hired bikes and went on a trip to a local market The transfers to and from the airport worked really well and the booking in and out was efficient We did not do the "All inclusive" package and afterwards that was a good choice for us I would certainly stay there again
