Nice hotel, but be prepared for mosquitos!
Overall nice hotel nice amenities,nice neighbourhood, quiet place. The room was too cold, heaters were barely working. All doors and windows were not closing properly which meant we had loads of mosquitos! and a lot of bites from them - not cool(!) if you want to enjoy the evening with lights on. Shame WiFi is only in the reception.

Basic and great VFM
The rooms are clean small and very basic, they are clean and functional but have to Air Conditioning, I went in October so it was fine . Beware sleeping in 40c in July!!

Old and dirty
I rented 2 apartments for 2 nights. The apartments are old and dirty, with an awful smell. TV was old and small, with only 3 or 4 channels. The staff was helpful and friendly, but the dirty apartments ruined it for us.

Einfache, gepflegte Anlage
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Garten in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Häuser sind einfach etwas in die Tage gekommen, aber gepflegt. Es ist halt eine typisch mediterrane Anlage. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unseren beiden Apartments im 1. OG. Klar, man kann auch ganz genau hinschauen und findet immer etwas. Die negativen Bewertungen finden wir übertrieben, zumal das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Die Apartments wurden täglich grob gereinigt und die Betten gemacht. Alles ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sogar gekocht und täglich Frühstück zubereitet. In der Nähe gibt es alles, was man braucht- Supermarkt, tolle Pizzeria, Restaurants und ein Super Cafe Pastelaria Cavalera - unbedingt die Mandeltörtchen probieren ;-). Der Strand ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt und sehr schön. Wir haben es aber vorgezogen zum 8 min entfernten Strand Praia dos Tomates zu fahren. Dort muss man zwar 2,50 Euro Parkgebühren bezahlen, aber der Strand ist toll und weitläufig. Überhaupt sollte man sich die vielen schönen Stränder an der Küste unbedingt ansehen.

Bom espaço e localização próximo a praia da falésia 5 minutos à pé! A conservação de portas de de entrada e sacada não é Boa. Reservatório de água quente é pequeno e não é suficiente para 2 pessoas tem que esperar aquecer.

A necessitar de remodelacao urgente.
Hotel necessita de uma remodelacao urgente nos quartos. Torneira da banheira estava danificada. Limpeza podia ser melhor. Nao tem internet nos quartos. Partes comuns pareceram boas. Optima localizacao.

Старый номер (205) был простой и старый до жути очень нужен ремонт. Грязновато. Нет WiFi (условное наличие на у стойки регистрации). Это странно в 2017 году. Выручает неплохая территория с бассейном (мы не плаваем в бассейнах, но само наличие уже хорошо). Неплохое расположение. Пляж вроде рукой подать, а идти прилично обходя другой отель по периметру =)

Sentimo-nos pouco à vontade devido à falta de higiene e ao acumular de bichos e casulos. Cozinha com poucos utensílios. O esquentador é fraco, água demora muito aquecer e a agua quente não dura muito tempo. Parque de estacionamento pequeno e em más condições.

Todo muy bien. Había leído opiniones negativas y la verdad es que no se corresponden. El hotel es antiguo pero bien condervado, la piscina super limpia, nada que ver con algún comentario leído. Volvería a alojarme allí.

Appartement décevant
Aldéia da falésia Lors de notre arrivée, notre première impression était très positive : Petits blocs d’habitations peints en blanc, disséminés dans une pinède et dans un jardin fleuri et bien entretenu. Parking privé. L’endroit parait calme. Situé à 800 m environ à pied ou en voiture de la grande et belle plage « praia da falésia » avec ses falaises rouges et blanches. L’appartement est assez grand avec une petite terrasse et sa table, très bien. Malheureusement, ensuite ce fut moins bien. Les sanitaires et leurs robinetteries sont anciens (pas de mitigeurs) le miroir du lavabo ne miroite plus depuis bien longtemps. On se rase au toucher. Il n’y a pas de clim. Pour l’électroménager, c’est guère mieux : la plaque ne chauffe pas suffisamment, le micro-ondes n’a pas de récipient adapté. La vieille télé n’a que 4 chaînes. L’équipement cuisine est d’une pauvreté affligeante. Pas de : cafetière, casseroles, bol, saladier, bac à glace, etc.….à croire que les clients vont manger au resto ou se goinfrent de pizzas. Il faut dire que plusieurs restos sont présents à proximité. Il y a même un chinois et une pizzeria. Mais alors, pourquoi prendre un appartement dans ce cas. Pour le silence, c’est manqué aussi. Les appartements ne sont pas du tout isolés. Boules Quiès et somnifères utiles car si vous avez la malchance comme nous de tomber sur des voisins bruyants, pas question de trouver le sommeil avant 2 h du matin. Le moindre bruit s’entend.

Accueil correct, personnel de la réception pas très aimable, hotel propre, pas de laverie, appartement équiper du strict minimum voir pas assez état de la salle de bain plus que moyen l'eau qui s'écoulait du robinet d'eau chaude était marron, les lit était trés dur nous avions l'impressions de dormir par terre sur du béton, piscine trop petite et pas assez de transat.

La struttura è gradevole, circondata da un giardino ben tenuto ma le 3 stelle pensiamo siano state assegnate negli anni ottanta. La camera è veramente piccola e gli arredi fatiscenti. Nel bagno la vasca è marrone, lo specchio rotto, il copri wc in plastica sporco ecc.. I letti, coperti da lenzuola di varie misure, sono smisurati rispetto alla dimensione della stanza, il letto supplementare è una brandina sfondata. L'angolo cottura è adatto ad una persona di circa un metro e cinquanta. La posizione è abbastanza comoda per raggiungere a piedi Praia da Falésia.

La distribución de los apartamentos está muy bien, es como una aldea. Sin embargo, le sacan poco provecho a las instalaciones, son bastante antiguas, y demasiado austero. Sobre todo, en comparación con el precio, no está equilibrado la relación calidad-precio. Por otro lado, está bien ubicado, cerca de la playa de Falesia, y a mitad de camino entre Vilamoura y Albufeira.
