Hotel needs some updating. Room definitely wasn’t cleaned well. Several hairs left in the tub. Also looked like someone’s dirty feet were in the tub. We stayed, however I went and bought cleaning stuff and cleaned the bathroom before we would use it. Found pee under the Toilet seat when cleaning. Housekeeping definitely needs improvement.

They wouldn’t let me check in a couple hours early. Wanted $88 bucks to check in 4 hours prior. No refunds. Booked for 2 days. Lost $165 bucks. Staff is inconsiderate.

Clean but cluttered
Hotel was very clean, but being renovated so some areas were cluttered. Pillows smelled slightly musty, but were really comfortable. Im looking forward to staying once renovations are done.

Great place!
The area is safe and convenient and the staff was amazing! From check in to housekeeping they were always so friendly and accommodating. I stayed here 3 weeks for work and never needed for anything.

The floors were so dirty in the room that you needed to wash the bottom of your shoes, if you did walk barefoot you had to wash your feet before bed because they were black! Couldn't use the hot tub or the pool, the check-in desk clerk didn't look at you and was rude. Make sure you don't get a connecting room as the noise travels very easily.

The room was not cleaned properly. The ac vent has not been cleaned. When I took of the comforter there was a box cutter under it and strands of hair in areas of the bed. The staff is nice and the hotel location is great. It’s convenient, a lot of restaurants and shopping stores around the area.

I booked on my app, but after i arrived, I was told I had to wait 15-20 minutes to check in because the clerk was doing an audit. It look like they were remodeling. There was damage in the elevator. Most of the room doors in the hallway were not locked. The key card was unnecessary to have being that the key lock was damaged. Anyone could’ve entered my room. I felt unsafe. They should shut down until after they remodel.

The property itself was fine. The experience of arriving to be told that they were overbooked and that we can stay at another hotel was not acceptable. When drive to the other hotel which was a complete dump and refused to stay. We then went back to original location and miraculously that had a room. Had someone taken the time to let is know what was going we could have made other arrangements instead of wasting. 2 hours going back and forth.
