To make matters worse the other party walked into our unit. Imagine our surprise and theirs. Needless to say we felt unsafe. Not only that but because of the confusion the neighbors told us the owners were not to do vacation rentals in that community which made for uneasiness.Property: The property needs a lot of TLC. It has a lot of potential but it’s clear the owners are not taking care of it nor updating it. As a result it is warm down and needs a deep cleaning. Now to specifics: the kitchen were the best parts of the space. It’s supposed house 10 when reality anything more than 6 is pushing it. The area in the basement is not accommodating. They have some type of trundle bed at the base of the steps in the basement just a bed right next to the bathroom. Basement bathroom had a major fire hazard. Because the light didnt work they plugged in a lamp that stretched across the bathroom mirror AND the plug is not GFI yikes! The other two beds in the basement were warn and low to the ground. They were maybe 12 inches from the floor give or take an inch, mattresses desperately need to be replaced. The corners in the carpet looked like they had never been cleaned. Windows were dirty, dusty, moldy and the wall divider was ripped hanging from the ceiling. Carpet buckled and was in terrible shape. This place is not a representative of the pics. ##### Intuitive G.
