"The room was not cleaned from previous guest. There was chewing tobacco in the toilet and food crumbs all over the floors. The bed was made but the sheets looked dirty."

"Because of the graduation at VT their prices were inflated (all hotels & motels were) but it was the cheapest I could find. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The place is older and could use some renovating. Overall a good place to stay, nice friendly staff."
