"Staff very friendly and the bed was comfortable. The rest was standard UK hotel really: lots of random stains on floor, shower hose leaking badly, breakfast not good probably too long under hot lamps. VERY EXPENSIVE PARKING!"

"The hotel is OK but looking very tired. I opted for the Executive room which didn't match the description on Hotels.com. When checking with reception I was advised that the room I was in was correct, which it definitely wasn't. As it was late in the day I didn't have the energy to debate. In the morning I discovered my shower didn't work as the heat adjustment knob was broken so after wasting 15 minutes I had to run a bath. When mentioning to the lady on reception she wasn't bothered and just asked if I was checking out today??? Overall it was OK, not great though and I won't be returning."
