Villa Pascual Riera (formerly known as Villa Ribot II) is ideally located in the centre of the popular resort of Alcudia, with everything you need for a wonderful holiday within easy walking distance. You'll find a choice of restaurants, shops and the sandy beach nearby plus a great waterpark at the end of the street. Perfect for couples or small families, this delightful 2 bedroom villa is bright and airy with a spacious terrace plus your own private pool. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Ideally located in the centre of the popular Alcudia resort, Villa Pascual Riera has a host of restaurants, shopping and entertainment on its doorstep. You'll find a waterpark at the end of the street, perfect for keeping the children entertained, while the wide sandy bay of Alcudia Beach is only 15 minutes' walk away. Or, head to the historic old town, 30 minutes' walk or 5 a minute taxi ride away, with lots of restaurants and bars to explore. Villa Pascual Riera is semi-detached with our villa Casa Pascual.
