It's 5 minutes' walk along the waterside to the main street of Alcudia, known as Bellevue, which is lined with restaurants, shops and entertainment. Plus, you can also reach Alcudia's beautiful, expansive sandy beach easily on foot. This 2 bedroom villa has modern interiors, with a pleasant dining area and private pool outside. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, plus WiFi are included.

Villa Oleanda is in a great central location, only a few minutes' walk from the main street of Alcudia. A great choice of shops, bistros, cafes and entertainment are all at your fingertips! What's more, this popular family resort has a superb sandy beach which can also be easily reached on foot.
