A massive wooden door leads into the entrance of the house, here is that modern dining room with a large table and seating for up to 6 people. Following the living room with two comfortable sofas, a large sliding glass door provides access to the terrace area. To the right you can find the fully equipped kitchen, from where a glass door leads to the large terrace with terrace furniture and the barbecue to one side. In the entrance there is a guest toilet with shower. From the entrance area of the villa a modern iron staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them in suite. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), pretty modern furnishings and a large modern wardrobe open plan and an in suite bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 beds of 90 x 200 cm), although modern, with a large open plan wardrobe and an addtional sofa bed (80 x 160 cm) for a child under 12 years (max. capacity 4 adults, 1 child under 12 y). From all the rooms you have a wonderful view over the landscape. It's always a nice breeze here, even on hot sunny days, our 'Brisa de Mar' is a newly built finca, tastefully decorated, modern, bright and in a fantastic location. The villa disposes of air con in both bedrooms, there is no air con in the living area but a mobile fan. And if you want to stay on holiday to date: the finca has satellite TV (Astra), as well as wireless Internet WiFi. Miscellaneous | From the upper floor of the house you can see only a few minutes' drive bay of Pollensa. The property offers peace and relaxation, yet provides easy access to Pollensa the opportunity to enjoy the excitement of the rain village life of the friendly village. The town of Alcudia can be reached from the house well. Beaches and distances | The beach lovers will also not far away. Beautiful countryside but within reach of all amenities within 10 minutes drive. The pool area and outside space are delightful as is the whole of the interior of the villa. We absolutely loved our stay here and we’re so sad to leave. Will definitely be back. A dedicated food storage cupboard would be good . Just somewhere to store crisp, cereals and bread. Jaume was very welcoming, meeting us at an arranged place and taking us to the villa, also calling in during our stay to make sure all was going well. The location is perfect if peace, tranquillity and privacy are what you are looking for. The outside spaces from the shady terraces to the poolside were excellent with fantastic, far reaching views to the mountains. We spent many quiet hours relaxing in the sun watching the birdlife. We were even treated to the eagle who every day swooped around the fields to all sides of the villa whilst hunting. Plenty of great places nearby to visit from the old town of Pollenca with its lovely square and restaurants, the old walled town of Alcudia, the Cap Formentor drive which was very scenic and exhilarating at times. We particularly enjoyed visiting the Monastery at LLuc. A fantastic villa in a wonderful part of Majorca. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber, der Empfang der Vermieterin war äusserst freundlich. 2x pro Woche wurde der Pool sowie die Bäder gereinigt und die Hand- und Strandtücher ersetzt. My wife and I stayed for a week with our 14 month old daughter. We arranged to meet Jaume, Karin’s husband who took us to the villa. The process was very smooth and he was lovely. The pool was slightly too cold for our daughter but was otherwise lovely. Very clean with all essentials. Very quiet and peaceful place. Great local shops and food. Old town Porta Pollença and the beach areas were lovely. Market on Sunday in the old town was lovely and restaurants at the coast were fab. Strongly recommend La Cabana. Only issue was the tight road you drive on to get to the villa but otherwise it was fine. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Komplett ausgestattet, auch mit Fön, Strandhandtücher und Fliegennetze über den Betten. Während unseres Aufenthaltes ( 10 Tage ) bekamen wir 2 x Reinigung und neue Handtücher. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich . Das nahe Pollença. ### 10/10 Excellent #### Patrick S. 26 Aug 2018 #### Seclusion, space and an amazing pool An excellent villa - very clean and modern on the inside but retaining the charm of a Mallorcan farmhouse on the outside. There's a lot of space, even for 4 people. It's set in a quiet and secluded location in a nature reserve, so you definitely need a car and insect repellent. The agents are pleasant and helpful, and show you to the villa from a meeting point in Pollenca. As well as all of this, the pool is one of the best at 12m long and salinated (6%, so it doesn't taste salty) rather than chlorinated, so no stinging eyes. ##### Patrick S. We arrived a bit later due to a flight delay but Karin was really helpful and worked around the delay, meeting us at an arranged place to take us to the villa. The villa is set in grounds with electric gates and is very private. All the rooms are spacious and contemporary in design. The outside space is huge and the pool is the best one we have come across in a 4/5 person villa. It was gorgeously warm enough to get straight into and many a day was spent in it!! Lots of wild birds could be seen and a highlight for us was being in the pool and the Swallows diving down to get a drink. We loved every minute of our holiday here and will definitely try to return. The only thing we did find the villa needed was a bit more storage for food but it really wasn’t a problem as we just took a few saucepans out to make room, A fan would have been useful in the lounge in the evenings as it was very hot but the bedrooms were gorgeously cool and the mosquito nets were a great addition. The showers were great and the views from the upstairs were stunning. Definitely our favourite villa to date!
